L’hôtel est très bien placé et globalement agréable, mais il est “dans son jus” et mériterait d’être remis au goût du jour. Cela dit, le personnel est vraiment top: disponible, agréable et très professionnel. Les repas sont bons (on a apprécié le plateau de fromage à volonté), tout comme le petit déjeuner, que nous avons particulièrement apprécié par ça diversité. En revanche, nous avons trouvé le panier sandwich un peu cher à 12 € alors que la nuitée est bon marché, surtout en comparaison avec celui de la veille à 9 €, qui offrait une qualité légèrement supérieure.

Superbe hôtel pour un 2 étoiles. Le personnel, la 1/2 pension, le surclassement en période " moyenne saison " font de cet hôtel un vrai bonheur. Seuls bemols: je l'ai choisi pour son "SPA" et il n'y a qu'un malheureux sauna ( auquel je suis allergique) et on est loin des "skis aux pieds "

Quel déception lorsque arrivé la bas nous constatons que le spa est hors service....nous avons due changer de chambre tellement il y avait des remontées d odeurs nauseabondes .Quand au repas...non vraiment pas bon du tout, quel dommage. Le personnel est très sympathique, rien a redire, la salle de jeux etait la bienvenuenue le soir. Ambiance très familiale

On a payé 190€ pour 1 nuit à 2 et bien c’est seulement pour la vue et l’emplacement !
L’intérieur est vieux, aucune insonorisation, pas de savon pour se laver sauf un savon pour les mains, le bidet dégueulasse comme le linge de lit d’ailleurs, les coussins font 2cm d’épaisseur. On voit le réseaux électriques à travers le plafond dans la salle de bain vu qu’il manque des plaques. Pour 10€ de plus on avait un appartement à côté de Disney avec ma chérie. Le prix est vraiment honteux

Un des rares hôtel de super Besse qui aurait besoin d'un petit coup de jeune car vieillissant la chambre où nous étions avait des courants d'air alors que les huisseries ont dû être changées. Côté restaurant rien de transcendant hormis le plateau de fromage normal au vu du secteur. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Un petit coup de jeune et l'endroit sera vraiment agréable
