Very nice room, bigger than the average, excellent view (the horses are close by all the time).
It takes a while to warm up if visiting in the colder aeason.

Superbe lieu
De passage dans le secteur sur la route du retour des vacances, nous avons été séduit par le concept de l'hôtel, tout était parfait, l'accueil, le personnel du bar et du restaurant, la carte du restaurant, le site, le calme de l'établissement, la propreté des chambres bref aucune fausse note seul l'accès au SPA (sur réservation) nous a laissé sur notre faim et pas digne d'un tel établissement, une communication plus précise ou nous informer avant notre arrivée qu'il est indispensable de réserver un créneau serait le bien venu.

Bel hôtel calme et moderne
Bel hôtel moderne situé dans un endroit calme avec une vue sue la nature, propre, literie confortable, salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne, doté d’un SPA appréciable (sur réservation, dont 1 séance de 40min offerte), petit déjeuner buffet dans les standards pour un 4 étoiles avec notamment œufs/crêpes/pancake à la demande; tout le personnel rencontré s’est avéré accueillant et aimable. Plusieurs petits salons et terrasses pour profiter de l’extérieur lors des beaux jours.
Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant.
Seul point négatif relevé: les portes de chambres sont assez bruyantes si on les laisse se refermer seules en claquant (ce qui se corrige si on les accompagne à la main, donc c’est plus un soucis de civisme des clients)
Si nous revenons dans le secteur, nous séjournerons très probablement au Mildiss.

Très bel établissement confortable bien équipé et bien situé au calme près du village médiéval de Besse
Toutefois nous avons senti et avons eu confirmation d’un manque de personnel, dirigeant. Le ménage laisse à désirer ainsi que le service en général (oubli de faire notre chambre le 1re jour alors que nous étions partis toute la journée depuis 10h le matin, 2eme jour seulement le lit fait, pas les sanitaires ni remplacement des serviettes, thé, vaisselle utilisée)
Mais nous notons une grande volonté et gentillesse de la réceptionniste à palier à ce manque d’organisation et un geste commercial pour 3 boissons chaudes. Merci
Pourvu que l’an prochain nous puissions retrouver l’établissement comme auparavant, très bien tenu et entretenu
