The outdoor pools with a thermal water as well as indoor pools, kids pools and toboggans are available also in the winter season.

Hotel położony bezpośrednio w kompleksie aqua parku. Można w szlafroku przejść z pokoju do basenów. Duży parking. Pokój -studio w budynku B na drugim piętrze z oknami dachowymi bardzo ciasny i powinien być oferowany jako pokój jednoosobowy a nie pokój dla dwóch dorosłych osób! Wejście do łóżka tylko z jednej strony.Łazienka była wygodniejsza od pokoju! Śniadania i obiadokolacje bardzo smaczne. Pobyt był udany ze względu na super aqua park!

well so like the hotel looks nice and it is but the bad thing is the beds aren’t really comfy but nice people like very friendly and the hotel itself is nice clean like VERY clean the pools are so lovely overall i think it deserves like 4 stars but to get 5 stars. they need to change the beds

well what can I say…we were very disappointed with this hotel and its services. We are using TMR hotels services very often, food was never disappointment. So we used this hotel for our winter holiday. Rooms are fine, older but ok. Food was one big disappointment. This food in this hotel could not be compered to food in any other hotel that TMR company owns. Pools were boring. The wellness centre was disappointment too. Always full. There were too many people. They probably don’ t understand what silence in saunas means. Annoying part of saunas were people talking everywhere and always opening door and in next second closing + their bored kids and people using thier cell phones in silence room…this was our last visit in Bešeňová

Everything could be good if they use a fresh food. Chopped vegetables 2 days old, smelly ham, bread half-dried… 2 stars, cant do more, sorry. Maybe we had a bad luck today, but i wrote as it was today morning. Cheers…
