It's my second time in this hotel. As a business traveler I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. Easy access, with private parking for a fee or you have a lot of public parking outside the hotel. They don't serve dinner though, however they have a collaboration with a ****** just next to the hotel which serves dinners and drinks. Between that ****** and hotel is park where you can just relax or sit. Hotel staff are very kind, the rooms itself are clean, modern and spacious. I would recommend it

Je partage l’avis précédent . Un accueil déplorable par une dame que l’on doit déranger , Aucune empathie, aucune politesse … Un accueil glacial . Heureusement car période de canicule !!! Mais ô surprise, la Clim est hors d’âge et fonctionne tres mal . Chaleur moite dans la chambre … Très mal dormi Le lendemain petit déjeuner en dessous de tout . Jus de fruits en boîte comme les salades de fruits … Peu de choix et produits bas de gamme Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel

Je suis né et j'ai grandi à Besançon. Cela fait maintenant 13 ans que je viens régulièrement dans cet hôtel. Les rénovations ont porté leurs fruits : l'endroit est vraiment chouette. Ce qui l'est moins, c'est l'accueil de son personnel, à commencer par la dame à la réception le dimanche 20/07 vers 16h. Pas un sourire, zéro empathie et elle donne l'impression qu'on la dérange. Idem 2 jours plus tard quand elle était responsable du bar (en plus de la réception). Glaciale. C'est dommage, car pendant des années l'accueil avait été très chaleureux. Quant au petit-déjeuner à 18,5€, il est entre 2 et 3 crans en dessous de médiocre...là aussi une baisse considérable de qualité par rapport à avant.

I was born and raised in Besançon. I've been coming to this hotel regularly for 13 years now. The renovations have paid off: the place is really nice. What's less so are the staff's soft skills, starting with the lady at the reception on Sunday 20/07 at around 4 p.m. Not a single smile, zero empathy and she gives the impression that we're bothering her. Same thing 2 days later when she was in charge of the bar (in addition to the reception). Ice queen. It's a shame, because for years the hospitality had been top notch. As for their breakfast at €18.50, it's between 2 and 3 notches below mediocre... there too a considerable drop in quality compared to before. We'll see if I give them another chance...

As a All-member don’t expect the amenities you are used to. There was no welcome-drink, welcome-gesture or roomupgrade. The hotel is dated which is reflected in the price. The breakfastrestaurant is renewed and there is enough choice. The members of staff responsible for The breakfast are very friendly. The location of The hotel is really good.
