Downstairs there is a large kitchen/dining/ sitting room, with stunning full-wall sliding glass doors out to the patio with extensive views and outdoor dining table. This is next to the large separate sitting room, with sofa seating for six and the warm, wall-inserted living-flames fire. Also downstairs is a back-porch area to store coats and boots, utility room with washer and dryer, and downstairs loo.Upstairs is also all new, warm and welcoming. Three large bedrooms (two have king beds, one is a twin). Both king-bed bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which both have brand-new power showers, sinks, and loos. The third bathroom is stand-alone, with a large bath, sink and loo. Outside there is a lawn garden, with outdoor dining table for eight and additional bench/ coffee table seating. From either spot, the views out to sea are truly stunning. There is no passing traffic (other than the occasional tractor), as this cottage is at the end of a private family-farm track.All practical mod-cons are included: Smart TV in living room, wifi throughout, full central heating, coffee machine.
