The staff was great and the room was large - we could spread out. Ironically, the tub was narrow for such a large room, but we slept well and the breakfast was good. The staff was very welcoming. Great stopover on our way north.

I've stayed here a couple times and its always my go too, this is mainly due to the breakfast and main meals ! they are amazing, The staff are really good and amazing with the baby when we stay. Would really recommend this place if you need comfort and a great environment and great food. On one of our stays the towel rail fell off and cut my partners toe and I'm glad it hit him and not my baby as hes one years and could have been worse but this wasn't no ones fault and we didn't complain just let them know about the incident.

Fabulous stay! Clean room in a great great location. Close to bars and restaurants. Right by the beautiful River Tweed! Highly recommended. AAAA+++++ Very friendly staff - especially Nicola on reception - very cheerful and lovely!!!!!!!

Fanatic service from laura on the front desk. Her along with colleagues only issue was that the bed was unsupportive and quite low even transferring from a wheelchair.

The accessable room was excellent. The room easy to manoeuvre the wheelchair around and the bed was higher to help me to assist my disabled Mother in and out of. The beds were very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help

Outstanding hotel. My husband and I love the Premier brand whenever we are on this side of the pond. The staff was welcoming. Thank you, Sue, Susan, Laura and a few others. The room was stylish. The bed comfy. The bathroom updated. We had a view of the river. It is within an easy walking distance of all the sights including the North Sea. Perhaps we will see dolphins and a whale the next time. Oh, a great breakfast, too.

Modestly priced hotel which was good value for money. Quiet area of Berwick- upon- Tweed which is a lovely small town. Lovely staff. Suitable for disabled guests. Lots of parking outside and a large car park close by. We didn’t eat here but the food looked lovely.

Met with all my expectations of the Premier Brand ( not all of them do !) . Situated close to the quayside with 24 hour free parking on the quayside and a loading space directly outside the hotel. As we stayed 2 nights we moved the car to the car park at the opposite end of town, did the town wall circular walk and then moved the car back. Evening meals and breakfast are available but the dining area is quite small so needs booking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance . Overall very pleasant.
