Had a lovely stay. Service was first class helpful. Would stay again. Great location. Very clean and warm room. Just perfect. Would definitely stay again. Booked wrong dates by accident and host was only too happy to change them for me without any fuss or cost. Many thanks.

where do you start? For blance let me start with positives. It was clean, linen and towels were decent - but for 216 for two nights i should expect that! Also the location was excellent for visiting the town. But ........the place is fairlly new but everything is done on the cheap - all carpet, fittings are cheap and showing signs of wear or breaking. The toilet roll holder , missing/broken, window blind pull, broken, shower soap tray, badly rusty. furniture cheap & uncomfortable, window faces public road and offices where people can look in but no net curtain. all this might be ok in a hostel but i paid 216 for two nights. plus, constant annoying emails from owner and an offer of a discount for a good review which is bad practice. Finally, I am a bloke but I could not help thinking this is not a good place for a woman. see my comment on lack of nets and openness of window (first floor) - even the broken blind pull was the wrong side of the window so a woman wanting to close the blind would have to lean across to reach it. There are no people on duty and several lads clearly had some of the other rooms and they came in late beery and noisy. With no one there they are not discouraged from being rowdy.

We stayed here for three night's in June 2023. The Guest Rooms, are just a 10min. walk from the railway station in Berwick, as well as being well located in the town, just minutes from shops, pubs, restaurants, bus stops. We checked in OK, after receiving the enter codes for the main door and our room, from the owner of the property by phone. Our room was big enough for us (2 Adults). A large double bed, sofa, T.V., fridge, toaster, kettle, cups, cutlery, nice bathroom, with w/c, a bath & shower, plenty hot water, wash basin. The room was very clean. A fold away table/2 chairs, were stored under the bed. There is free parking at the property. After being out all day, visiting the surrounding area of Berwick, it's an ideal place to stay. An Enjoyable stay was had.
