Absolute nightmare of an experience. Long story short: Walked into a room that smelled strongly of mildew and had mildew on the shower curtain! Cancelled the rest of my stay, and the hotel charged me a $900 cancel fee and refused to consider waiving even despite the room's health concerns, which they did not apologize for... The nightmare continued as even after I cancelled and left, they still had my card on autopay? and they started charging me $1000/night AFTER I left. So I was overcharged $6k before I realized what was going on. Three weeks later I am still waiting for my reimbursements and an accurate receipt - the hotel does not respond to my calls or emails trying to resolve this so I'm forced to credit card dispute. Do yourself a favor and never go near this hotel.
