Domaine de Bersaillin

Nous nous sommes arrêtés un soir, sans avoir réservé, souhaitant juste prendre un verre avec des amis dans ce cadre idyllique qu’est le domaine de Bersaillin .. Les gérants de l’établissement, Rémy et Florette, ne se sont pas contentés de nous accepter : ils nous ont gentiment proposé de nous faire découvrir les vins de la région du Jura et ont pris de leur temps pour nous guider dans cette dégustation accompagnée de fromages locaux. Nous voyageons beaucoup, en France et à l’étranger, des rencontres de ce type, heureusement!, se produisent mais ne sont pas si fréquentes. Le domaine que Rémy et Florette ont restauré est magnifique, leur accueil est chaleureux. Bravo à tous les deux. Nous vous souhaitons le meilleur pour la suite. A vous qui passez dans cette belle région du Jura, arrêtez vous au Domaine de Bersaillin, vous ne le regretterez pas. Hôtel charmant, personnel et propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques, très bonne table, chambre confortable et calme (fenêtre équipée de moustiquaire). Par forte chaleur, penser à demander un ventilateur à la réception. Idéal pour un séjour reposant.

Liebevolle, in Eigenarbeit hergerichtete, Domaine mit grossem Garten, vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Pool. Wir hatten das Sternenhimmel Zimmer. Gutes Bett und modernes Bd/Dusche. Wir waren 3 Tage zum Biken hier. Die Gastgeber waren immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es waren 3 Tage wie in einer kleinen Familie. Kontakt zu anderen Reisenden aus aller Herren Länder war auch sofort hergestellt und die Geschichten waren sehr spannend. Die meisten Gäste sind auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht hier. Eigentlich zu kurz für das schöne Hotel. Das Restaurant mit gehobener Küche ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere Gerichte. Allerdings Sonntags geschlossen, aber der Gastgeber hat uns eine Pizzeria in Polliny empfohlen.

De passage dans la région nous avons fait étape ici. La table est excellente avec des plats savoureux et généreux. Le service est impeccable avec en plus de bons conseils sur le vin. La nuit a ete reposante dans un environnement calme. Le domaine en vieille pierre en est vraiment magnifique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Je conseille chaudement.

Young woman at the very friendly reception, helps with carrying the luggage, shows us around the places... The animals are adorable: Oslo the dog and Cleor the cat. Creams! Comfortable bedding. Very calm night. Excellent restaurant.

We spent 2 days in this area for our greatest happiness. The aim of this stay was rest, calm, simplicity, relaxation, nature and discovery. Everything was there in this pretty area which combines conviviality and the gentleness of the countryside. In terms of the room: We stayed in the Nature room. It was very clean and welcoming. The bathroom is very well equipped with everything you need to spend several days without having to bring all your equipment from home. Hair dryer with 2 tips, make-up remover cotton pads, organic quality hygiene products (much appreciated). The shower is a real relaxing moment with its different jets in addition to being very large!! A real plus that we don't have everywhere. The bedding is very good and you sleep like a baby. The plus: the mosquito net and the curtains. We were able to sleep with the window open without being eaten by mosquitoes. On the catering side: First of all, how can we not tell you about the restaurant room. It’s just a marvel with its vaults which give a real charm to the place. Then, we learned that it was the chef of the estate who was cooking (the cook being ill). And here I tip my hat. The menus offered are varied. There was a choice between three starters, three main courses, three desserts and a very generous cheese platter. We, who are in the restaurant business, were pleasantly surprised by this limited choice but which also ensures the freshness of the products served. Plus, the eggs meurette were wonderful! A real favorite for both of us. The breakfast is very generous with everything you need to start the day off right. What more can I say... except that it was a very nice discovery of a place which combines simplicity, friendliness and tranquility to perfection. Very good work from the owners who do their job with passion.
