Booked many months prior as our stay partly coincided with the Supercars. Asked for a large, shady site. Joined big4 membership group. However, we were put on a site that we could hardly get on without touching the neighbours campers, and in the full sun. Luckily, we managed to get moved to a site next to a dump site but there was plenty of space at least, even though it was in the sun. Please note we were not the only people complaining about site allocation as some could not get into the sites as the sites were too tight. Also, could campsites taking dogs please make an effort to put the campers with dogs in one area as not all of us want to be barked at by the neighbours pup. Really put me off Big4 and left me wondering why on earth did I buy the membership as it counts for nothing. Yes, they have shady sites in the ‘older’ section and they do look nice. The pool is cool and refreshing, so there are some advantages.

My recent stay at Big 4 Hidden Valley in Darwin exceeded all expectations. This caravan park stands out for several key reasons: ## Outstanding Amenities The caravan sites feature excellent concrete pads for awning areas, providing a clean and stable foundation regardless of weather conditions. The on-suite options connected directly to your caravan are a game-changer, offering private bathroom facilities that elevate the camping experience to a new level of comfort. ## Family-Friendly Accommodation When our family flew up to visit, they stayed in one of the palm cabins and absolutely loved it. The cabin featured two bedrooms and a comfortable lounge/kitchen area, but the highlight was definitely the large entertaining balcony nestled amongst the palm trees. This spacious outdoor area created the perfect tropical setting for family gatherings and meals together. ## Impeccable Cleanliness The entire park is meticulously maintained. From the communal areas to the individual sites, the attention to cleanliness is evident throughout the property. ## Exceptional Staff The team at Hidden Valley truly makes the difference. Their friendly, helpful approach ensures guests feel welcome from check-in to departure. They're knowledgeable about local attractions and readily available to address any needs. ## Overall Experience If you're looking for a premium caravan park experience in Darwin, Big 4 Hidden Valley delivers quality accommodations in a well-maintained environment with staff who genuinely care about your stay. Great experience Thankyou Danni. Motel rooms were excellent Will definitely be the place to stay in the future. Quick and easy drive to the wharf Easy to find. Beautiful pool and convenient washing machines. Use phone payment method only. Don’t worry about taking coins.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the big 4 hidden valley, the staff were amazing so helpful and kind , always wanting to help , amenities were always clean , camp kitchen was fantastic , and so close to the city Highly recommend if your coming to Darwin we could not be more happier with our stay
