Wunderschönes, historisches Hotel mit viel Charme und sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war hervorragend, die Weinauswahl top! Zimmer sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Zufahrt nicht direkt möglich, Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig) in der Nähe, z. B. beim Schiffsanleger. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Komfortable Zimmer, Personal teilweise freundlich, teilweise arrogant bis abweisend, unterschiedliche Essensqualität, leider unmöglicher Inhaber, der uns abends um 21.30Uhr, nachdem wir zurückkamen, den Aufenthalt im Außenbereich in barschem Ton verweigerte, obwohl dort bis 22Uhr geöffnet ist und er mit einigen Leuten selbst dort saß. Nachdem ich dies als unmögliches Geschäftgebaren kritisiert hatte, empfahl er mir, dann doch am nächsten Morgen meine Koffer zu packen, falls mir das nicht passe. Wir (Gruppe von 10 Personen) waren fassungslos und sind uns einig diese Unterkunft nie mehr aufzusuchen.

Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem historischen Hotel,. Es stimmte alle, Zimmer, Frühstück, die Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit, was wir in dieser Form schon sehr lange in anderen Häusern vermissen. Das Abendessen: Frische Küche mit hausgemachten Soßen, phantastisch. Einziges Manko: ohne Tischreservierung ist es fast nicht möglich einen Platz im Innenhof zu erhalten! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, und können leider die wenigen Negativ-Beurteilungen nicht verstehen.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Zimmer roch nach Abflusskanal ! Das Hotel erhebt unverschämte 5,60€ für einen Latte Macchiato zum Frühstück , der nicht einmal gut ist ! Auch weitere Nebenkosten beim Besuch der Sauna 6€ pro Person lediglich ein Handtuch , sehr unhygienisch! Die Zimmer werden nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt , auch das ist nicht normal !

De bediening was niet slecht maar op momentten onpersoonlijke bediening en een beetje opdringerig. Ontvangst was helemaal niet echt hartelijk. Eten was wel goed., prima kwaliteit. Entourage van het restaurant is mooi. Had er in totaliteit qua beleving veel meer van verwacht.
