Motel 6 Bernalillo, NM

This was a relatively new and nice facility 10 years ago, but the last 10 years have not been good. It is looking tired and worn with some obvious repairs needed. That said the bed was comfortable and the room quiet at a reasonable price.

I haven’t stayed in a Motel 6 since I was a poor 20 something traveling across the country. I needed a quick, cheap place nearby for an unexpected overnight, so I booked this one. Sadly, all those years staying in mid range hotels must have spoiled me as this place was quite a dump. The room seemed clean enough but the hallways and stairs were filthy. The room has seen better days as the furniture was kind of torn up, the tile in the bathroom as cracked and there were gashes in the wall. One “utility” room near the elevator had a few broken down old AC units stacked inside. The whole place just did not impress and is in desperate need of an overhaul. Unfortunately, this has soured me on trying Motel 6 again. I’ll pay $40 more and stay at one of my mid-range places.

very noisey, very dirty,stinky, staff could not help, still waiting on response from management,will not respond

It's a place to get quick rest. Not the cleanest and no coffee or breakfast. But if your looking just to sleep it's ok

The shower was broken, walls needed painting, next door neighbors and people in the room above loud and had to wait 30 minutes for them to show up at the front desk to check in.

It was a very comfortable bed, firm. I was just there to crash for the night and leave early, so I didn’t have the full experience to write about.

The suite I was in was clean and had enough towels for 2 people. They even gave me 2 extra pillows. It was quiet, restful stay
