Excelente ubicación, habitaciones bastante funcionales, vistas espectaculares en general el lugar y sus instalaciones son excelentes. Desafortunadamente todo lo anterior contrasta drásticamente con la poca calidez de su personal y cero empatía y atención, no merecen laborar ahí. Finalmente, el desayuno incluido es lo más simple y triste pero buen no siempre se puede tener todo en la vida.

La vista a la peña es espectacular pero es lo único que vale la pena. 1. Estuvo lloviendo durante toda nuestra estancia y el restaurante es al aire libre, cada mesa tiene un sombrilla pero que no protege contra la lluvia. Pedimos que nos llevaran el desayuno a la habitación pues era imposible comer ahí sin mojarse; la respuesta fue que ellos no podían llevarnos el desayuno a la habitación, que solo teníamos dos opciones: o comer en el restaurant mojándonos o ir nosotros por la comida. Decidimos ir nosotros por la comida pero las habitaciones están lejos del restaurante por lo que terminamos empapados y con la comida mojada. 2. La cabaña que nos tocó tenía varias goteras, reportamos varias veces a la recepción y no tuvimos respuesta. 3. La limpieza de los cuartos se hace tarde…3 pm y aún no se aparecen a limpiar. Pagamos $16,000 por tres noches de estancia y realmente las cabañas no lo valen.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room didn’t have air conditioning, which made the stay really uncomfortable. The beds were of very poor quality—hard to sleep on—and the bedding felt cheap and worn out. They also didn’t provide basic amenities like body soap, which is really surprising for any hotel. To top it off, checkout was incredibly slow. They insisted on checking each room manually before letting guests leave, which felt disorganised and unnecessary. Definitely not worth the price.

Terrible experiencia llegar y encontrar la reservación que hice un mes antes cancelada sin previo aviso Terrible experiencia hablar con el Gerente del Hotel Victor Pérez y recibir una respuesta negativa a tomar responsabilidad en el tema. Mi habitación tenía persianas rotas, el café de cortesía era soluble…. Por las tarifas que cobran!!! El desayuno muy pobre: melón, huevo frijoles y totopos… No lo recomiendo para nada
