El hotel es bonito, la atencion de su personal buena pero insufrible para descansar. Muy ruidoso, e knxomodo. Fue una muy mala experiencia. Para no volver. Si quieres un lugar para descansar este no es la opción no dudes en buscar otras alternativas.

En términos generales esta bien, la comida no muy buena me dieron el Salmon crudo, hay ruido en la noche, por el precio puedes encontrar mejores opciones. la vista esta muy buena el servicio igual, la alberca parece más para niños esta muy pequeña, todo es escalera para gente mayor es pesado, el wifi no funciona de las 4 redes que tienen.

No vale la pena, el costo de las habitaciones es excesivo. La habitación que nos toco no tenia ventanas, ni aire acondicionado. Ningún tipo de ventilación y súper pequeña. El baño igual diminuto. La decoración muy corriente. La carta del restaurante muy pobre en platillos y cara. La comida regular. El personal amable, pero no vale la pena pagar por quedarse en este hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada.

¡Estuvo increíble! La experiencia que tuvimos en el hotel de piedra fue absolutamente maravilloso. Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños, pero fue un cumpleaños donde la tranquilidad, el contacto con la naturaleza y la degustación del increíble vino de la casa (ya que tienen su propio vino) nos permitió sellar la experiencia.

El hotel está bien ubicado, el diseño y la decoración son excelentes, quieren dar una experiencia de lujo y lo logran en su mayoría. La cama, el cuarto y el resto de las instalaciones están muy limpias, el personal es muy agradable y atento. El sábado por la noche nos tocó música en vivo, y estuvo excelente. Aspectos que faltan son los detalles. No dan suficientes toallas, tuvimos que pedir la secadora, no pusieron más shampoo, no dan gel de ducha. Esos parecen detalles pero son esenciales para una buena experiencia. Por ejemplo no había un calentador en el cuarto siendo diciembre. El restaurante del hotel es bastante bueno, quizás mejor que los restaurantes de los alrededores si buscan opciones light o un poco más sofisticadas. Un gran hotel, voy a regresar!

Excelente hotel, una cálida recepción del personal del lugar, la comida muy buena, la recomendación del vino de la casa con los tacos de cola de res excelente; la habitación cómoda y con lo indispensable; de fácil acceso para bajar al centro.

Nos hospedamos para una boda. La habitación no tenía secadora, plancha, teléfono, cafetera o acceso a wifi. Me parece que son básicos para un hotel de esta categoría o precios. Si necesitábamos algo debíamos salir del cuarto, bajar muchos escalones de piedra hasta la recepción (que se encontraba muy lejos) y aún así no podían ayudarnos.

The hotel is beautiful, but please consider the following: 1) unstable wifi, if you need to work , this is not the place to stay. There was a storm and we did not have even tv signal at the room. 2) the food is good and cost-bebefit right, but service need to improve. 3) the parking is insufficient, and you need to take your car into a different lot owned by the hotel, not handy at all.

Hotel súper bonito y cómodo perooo: Hubo una gotera en la habitación que intentaron reparar con cinta y por dentro, luego volvió a llover y volvió a gotear además de que aparecieron mas. A la cocina le faltan cosas: una carta con mas opciones de botana o tapas por si se te antoja tomarte una copa. No hay pan!!!, ni para acompañar los alimentos ni pan dulce!. Siendo que es un pueblo con pan muy rico, nos dieron pan de caja cuando pedimos. Deben capacitar bien a los meseros, hay algunos que pareciera que no entienden lo que les pides (aunque esté en la carta). Por lo demás si regresaríamos esperando que se corrigieran esos detalles pues es un hotel que cobra bastante bien. El viernes por la noche hubo música viva muy agradable con una extraordinaria cantante!, la pasamos bien, no lo dejen de hacer
