Serviced apartments. Just next to the station. The station is a large shopping mall. There are supermarkets/clothing department stores. Food store. But there are many Middle Eastern/Islamic people nearby. A little scared at night. The room has a kitchen/fridge. The room is huge. The bathroom is oversized

The couch was cramped for 2 adults. The slats were broken. We slept on the floor and then a 90 cm wide bed was installed for one of the people sleeping on the floor. The other continued to sleep on the floor. The 90cm bed was collapsing from the front in the middle of the night.

Outstanding customer service herewe don’t speak much German - Ladies at Reception spoke Perfect English and were truly lovely - they really went above and beyond to help us. Cleaning ladies were lovely too. Very cool & slick apartment. Soundproofed! Super quiet, Great beds, fluffy less fluffy & firmer pillow choice, huge bathroom with large bath, excellent air conditioning, Brilliant restaurant - excellent menu and service. vending machines for takeaway coffee snacks etc in apartment block foyer. Close to Gesundbrunnen station - easy to find - easily buy tickets from machines. Next to supermarket at shopping mall. Brilliant fruit & vegetable shop. Also Great coffee, salads, rolls, fruit salads, cakes, cookies etc. available to purchase at train platform café ❤️

Ambientali curati e puliti. Posizione comoda per la fermata metro. Servizi insufficienti: il kit per cucinare a 30 €/gg è molto inadeguato; non ci è stato neanche messo a disposizione un tavolo per mangiare in 4; Wi-Fi scarso e discontinuo.

Good location - 3 min walk to the station to then visit Berlin. The accommodation was a good size, the bed and sofa bed were comfy. Bathroom was large and the shower was powerful and the water was a good temperature. Reception staff were helpful - housekeeping came each day to provide fresh towels. Shopping centre across the road is handy for a supermarket. Only downside was the apartment element to the accommodation - essentially it is a sink, fridge, kettle and LOTS of cupboard space. No bowls, plates or cutlery are provided so it’s pretty useless really in terms of being able to eat in the accommodation. 2 x cups and 2 x glasses are provided.

Stayed here during the euros, very modern hotel with helpful staff. Bedding and towels changed everyday. Location is good, metro station at Gesundbrunnen is a 5 minute walk away and takes you to central Berlin within 15 mins. Never used the restaurant so can’t comment on that but seems reasonably priced for breakfast. Hotel has vending machine in the lobby area with food, drinks and alcohol.

Sono stato per tre notti in questa struttura situata a Berlino, zona Gesundbrunnen. Vicino ad un grande centro commerciale (praticamente di fronte) provvisto di ogni tipo di negozi (alimentari, supermarket ed altro) e alla fermata U-Bahn e S-Bahn di Gesundbrunnen, entrambe comodissime. Con la U-Bahn in 5 fermate sei ad Alexanderplatz mentre con la S-Bahn in 10 minuti sei a Friedrichstrasse. La sera nelle vicinanze c'è solo un ristorante, non c'è molto "movimento", questo perché è una zona residenziale ma con Uber (con 10 euro arrivi a Potsdamer Platz) e con i mezzi pubblici non c'è alcuna difficoltà. Personale molto giovane ma cortese, gentile e preparato (difatti non mi ritrovo per niente con le altre recensioni in cui veniva detto che il personale era scortese e scostante, anzi). La colazione non l'ho provata. La struttura è nuova e le stanze sono provviste anche di una piccola zona cucina (non ha però l'angolo cottura) con bollitore, caffè, te, camomilla e bicchieri/tazze. Pulizia nella norma. Bagno abbastanza grande e gli asciugami li cambiavano anche ogni giorno se avevi necessità. Io ho soggiornato nell'ala degli appartamenti e al primo piano ci sono delle macchinette per acqua, bibite e snack vari. Reception 24/24 (io lo ritengo fondamentale). Lo consiglierei.

Dirty room... stained sheets and never changed in 1 week.... Maid who returns without warning. Do not wash coffee cup. Toilet paper not replaced, nor shower product. We asked for a late check out, but we were told it was not possible because there were too many people on the weekend... result of the race: 2 men came banging like crazy against our door at 9:00 a.m. to tell us to have a tuxedo in our room. .. we don't smoke. We went to complain to reception and he was laughing.... ashamed... frankly apart from the location. Everything sucks!!!! Take something else!!!!
