Lovely hotel in a great location in Berlin with easy walking to many historic sites and museums. Room was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast yummy.

Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here recently. Location is good lots of transport options nearby. The hotel itself is lovely, really well finished, well maintained and staff are top notch. Room was lovely very decent size wise for a city hotel. A few minor issues, we had to constantly ask the front desk to lower temp of room, it wouldn't let us go below a certain temp (20 degrees too hot), pillows please get some more variety I need a firm pillow, none of them were firm, two other provided we made do, but the fact we spent time looking buy pillows says a lot. We only had breakfast once, it was overall very good if expensive (30 euro PP), service again very good, could do with a lot more fruit options no strawberries, raspberries or blueberries - bit odd. Overall a really enjoyable stay with a few easy to fix minor issues.

Stayed 4 days in a management suite with husband and we loved it. So clean and spacious. Loved having a balcony. Self-service laundry was very convenient. And the hotel staff were top notch in helping to make our stay so comfortable and memorable. Would gladly choose this hotel again.

Tolles Hotel, sehr aufmerksames Personal, sehr guter Service. Da wird der Aufenthalt in der trubeligen Stadt wirklich mit ein paar Stunden „Ruhe“ und „Ankommen“ flankiert. Wenns der Tag hergibt kann das Spa noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i bedeuten. Dank ans Team.

Mein aufenthalt im hotel war insgesamt ziemlich gut. Das zimmer war groß und geräumig und alles war ziemlich sauber die reinigungskräfte haben ihren job gut gemacht. Außerdem war die lage des hotels zentral und viele sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings war das frühstück im hotel unter meinen erwartungen. Die auswahl beim frühstück war begrenzt und frische optionen waren ziemlich rar. Trotzdem hat die freundlichkeit des personals und der allgemeine komfort des hotels diese mängel ein wenig ausgeglichen.
