A swanky hotel near the Sauvingy station. Within walking distances to high end stores & Berlin Zoo. We booked a double bed. Quiet, sleek. No problems with shower, hair dryer. The room is narrow but not too hard to get around (we had 4 pieces of luggage). Initially the wi-fi wasn’t working well but a quick call to the front desk to care of that. Breakfast was included in our package. The breakfast included many delicious items even miso soup. Scrambled eggs were on the buffet but you could have your eggs cooked fried or even made into an omelette. The staff was courteous and always helpful. Kudos to Pureza who went out of her way to cancel a 2nd reservation that I had made which I forgot. FYI, Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie stayed at this hotel. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended for couples & singles

Erg goede ligging op slechts enkele meters van de Kurfurstendamm....de belangrijkste winkelstraat van Berlijn. De kamers zijn ruim en erg leuk ingedeeld, en zeer schoon! Fijne inloopdouche en ook de fijne badprodukten van Rituals waren een verrassing! Het ontbijt was erg goed met veel vers gemaakte produkten. We hebben ook een avond in het hotel gegeten ( Thais) en dat was ook heel erg goed! Als we weer naar Berlijn gaan komen we hier zeker terug!

I stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights. Very well located, just off Kurfurstendamm, with an S-Bahn station on the other side, so it was very easy to get around Berlin from there. The bed and pillows were incredible! The service was also wonderful from the very nice reception staff to the friendly hostess at breakfast. My only nitpick is the open bathroom concept, which was fine for me since I was staying solo but I can imagine it'll be a problem with families. Aside from that, I can see why this is the best-ranked hotel in Berlin.

Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir könnten etwas früher einchecken, was uns nach einer stressigen Anreise sehr entgegen kam. Das Hotel ist sauber und sehr ruhig . Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in Berlin, Zentral gelegen zwischen Kudamm und Savignyplatz ,sehr sehr freundliches Personal ,gute saubere Zimmer , sehr gutes Frühstück und auch die Bar war abends ein Genuss. Wir kommen wieder.!

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum fantastisch. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel, besonders in den Zimmern, war herausragend – alles war top gepflegt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Team für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen!

Chambres confortables, modernes et propres. l'hôtel est très bien placé près du Kudam et pas loin de Savigny Platz. Petit déjeuner très bon, avec en plus du jus d'orange pressé (ca mérite d'etre mentionné, car c'est rare !). Le personnel est très gentil.
