The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, the sofa and desk are fully equipped, the subway or convenience store are nearby, and the breakfast is nice

After all, it's Berlin. The location is good.

The location is quite good with good access to the center of Berlin while being in a calm and quiet area. The staff was also polite and pleasant, and after checking out, I noticed that I forgot something and went to pick it up, but they kept it securely. The cleanliness was perfect, and the amenities were more substantial than a normal hotel (even a simple sewing set), but the curtain in the shower room was too short and didn't do its job. Toilets and washrooms are flooded and difficult to wipe. Also, the ventilation fan was too powerful and it made me very dry and my throat hurt. That was the only disappointment.

Everything is good, great location, the furnishings are functional and modern! Recommended for a trip to the city, as the location is central.

Great rooms

Un bell'hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana Savigny Platz. La zona é davvero bella, per l'architettura delle meravigliose case attorno, per la tranquillità e per la presenza di tanti negozi, librerie, ristoranti e gallerie d'arte. La cosa che mi é piaciuta di più é stata la colazione, con cibo di ottima qualità (c'era addirittura un favo di miele gigante, da poter provarne a masticarne un pezzettino), frutta freschissima, già pulita e pronta da mangiare. Dolci e salato per ogni gusto (uova strapazzate, preparate al momento), possibilità di avere latte di soia, avena o latte senza lattosio. Personale giovane e molto cordiale. Note negative: - Non c'é aria condizionata, ma solo un rumoroso ventilatore anni '90. - Le prese per la corrente in camera sono sparse a caso e non ce ne sono vicino ai comodini del letto. - il frigo era spento e VUOTO (avevo letto in recensioni piú vecchie che invece c'era almeno una bottiglietta di acqua. Invece il nulla). Non so che problema abbiano a Berlino con l'acqua. Visito la città da oltre 20 anni, ma l'acqua é sempre stata un problema...una bottiglietta da 250ml al ristorante può costare trai €6 e gli €8 (stiamo parlando di €24/€32 per un litro di acqua...assurdo proprio!). Se la compri al supermercato, puoi riuscire a trovarla tra €1 e €3 per il mezzolitro. - la base della doccia era raso pavimento e la doccia aveva una tenda di stoffa alta, non arrivava a terra, ma diciamo a livello polpaccio. Facendo la doccia con attenzione e indirizzando l'acqua solo verso il muro e non verso la tenda, comunque il pavimento del bagno si allagava tutto. Che peccato! Un bellkalbergo, ma con tutti questi disagi non ci tornerei e neppure lo consiglierei.

It was a horror stay for me. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a room. The furniture was worn out. The smell of the room and the cupboards inside was a disgrace. I don't even want to say anything more about the carpet. The bathroom was okay... The only positive thing for me was the location. How do these stars and the price come together??
