Location is super convenient, 3 min walk to the central train station and many buses tram and underground.  Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only challenge is the hotel does not have restaurant except for breakfast, so I had to walk either to the hautbahnhof complex or some other restaurants like 10 min walk… not too convenient for food.

Close to the central station, supermarket nearby! The bar downstairs is very good.

This is a clean and beautiful hotel that is conveniently located near the station.
Other than the fact that there was no mineral water in the room, I was generally satisfied.

I was very disappointed by unprofessional and unwelcoming behaviour of staff both bar and reception, but namely Mrs. Vanessa at the reception. When we kindly asked for a bed wider then 140 cm ( for two adults for three nights), reception staff ( Vanessa and her colleague ) came to the room with folding up meter stick to ”show me” the size of bed was not 140cm - when there enter the room, they did not rather measure it because the bed in the room  was indeed 140 cm wide. When asking for other room staff was EXTREMELY unsympathetic . I cannot believe they have argued with me about what the size of the bed was. I am staying in M1 since 2011 never experienced such a humiliation. Breakfast was excellent though and the bed in the room (which we finally get after all that humiliation) was very comfortable to sleep on I have to say. Housekeeping did excellent job too when cleaning the room daily.  When sharing our experience with hotel management, I did not even get any feedback.  Shame.

This is a good hotel a few minutes walk from the station. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet style breakfast was good. The staff at the bar were excellent and very helpful, my thanks to the team.  The river, Brandenburg gate and other sights are walkable. I would stay there again
