There is no one at the front desk to check in, and the apartment door can't be opened, so it is impossible to check in. Moreover, the apartment is on the side of the road, and there is no place to park. It is very troublesome to rent a car and park, and you have to find your own parking space everywhere. Although the apartment has its own parking garage, it can only park 8 cars, which is equivalent to no parking. The experience was very bad.

Clean, the transportation is very convenient! There are many restaurants downstairs and there are many shopping options. The most impressive ones are the show gel and shampoo (we even checked how to buy them, but unfortunately they can only be purchased online and cannot be shipped to Asia) and the tea bag in the room. Overall, it is a good accommodation experience in Europe.

There is a tram stop and a subway station downstairs of the hotel. The tram goes directly to Berlin Main Station in ten minutes, which is very convenient! Overall satisfied, very clean and spacious, kitchen equipment and utensils are complete. Although the check-in time was later than the manual check-in time, I checked in smoothly according to the hotel's instructions. The only thing is that it's not so quiet at night because it faces the street, but it's still acceptable.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Apartmenthotel. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was wir für zwei Wochen benötigten. Der Service war gut und sehr unkompliziert. Offene Fragen wurden sofort geklärt, allerdings nur telefonisch, da sich keine Rezeption im Hotel befindet. Das Hotel setzt komplett auf einen Online Check In. Das Zimmer (L-Apartment) war sauber und wurde je nach Wunsch gereinigt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, um Berlin zu erkunden. Die U-Bahn, Tram und Bus sind jeweils nur eine Gehminute vom Hotel entfernt. Das Servicepersonal im Haus war angenehm und freundlich, eine Verständigung war jederzeit möglich. Die sehr zentrale Lage führt natürlich zu Verkehrslärm, den die Fenster allerdings gut abhalten. Nur Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern war leider nicht möglich, was aber durch die Klimaanlage ausgeglichen wurde.

Basically quite nice, but needs more of a human presence in house on management level. Outside of cleaning ladies and an occasional repairman, there was no one to be seen. This is disconcerting. Automation is useful, but a substitute for actual human contact.

The hotel is in a great location, next to subway and tram lines, surrounded by several restaurants and in walk-in distance from Alexanderplatz. The auto check-in, be it via app or physical terminal, is easy and quick (and also very modern). There was some space between the bathtub glass and the wall, so water would escape and do a bit of flooding in the bathroom floors. Overall, a very positive experience. I'd stay there again.

Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂
