Excellent room, firm mattresses, clean, and good amenities. Best breakfast of the hotels! We got baked oatmeal, waffles, eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. The staff is attentive- if you need something just ask and they will do what they can to accommodate. We had a good selection of TV channels.

Room was not ready for hr past check in time. Housekeeping came in. Partly made bed. Pillows were not moved. Sheets hanging on ground Hotel in general was clean. Breakfast was very good. Lobby and dining area was clean. Pool area was clean. Thank you

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows The location was close to shopping and restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety yo choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was nice.

We have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting the area. The location is very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful as always. We stayed in room 119, king on first floor. Overall the room was very clean. But the furniture, sofa and chair needs to be cleaned or replaced. Carpet needs cleaning as well. We ended up asking for a sheet to cover the sofa with. The lady in the dining area that writes notes on the bananas needs to be commended. A little thing that gives people smiles. We are coming back in November and will probably be looking at some the newer properties that have opened recently

Great except the shower floor could have been cleaner. They might want to use a scrub brush every few days. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine. This is our 8th year staying at this Comfort Suites. Easy access to the shops in town and ample parking.

Clean. Suite room w 2 queens was worth the extra $. Berlin is a fun village. Ruth was great. Maybe not Sight/Sounds but they did a great job!!! The Cuchoo clock was amazing ! We loved Yoders Amish Farm tour. Very authentic!!!! Please tip the guides. Only $15 pp for all the offerings.

Mattress was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. Happy with visit loved the chairs out on the porch very comfortable. Good coffee and employees were very friendly especially the lady in the breakfast area.

We have stayed in many Comfort Inns over the years, including many excellent ones. This one was the best. Clean, modern, great pool and hot tub, and a very nice breakfast. The staff was very nice. The location was perfect. Don't miss out on the delicious local coffee cake at breakfast.

This was our second time staying here and it will not be our last. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent location, and a great breakfast selection keep us coming back for more! We will continue to recommend this hotel to our friends and family who are traveling to the area.
