The space is flooded with natural light from its windows and skylights (With lake view, and 5 min walk to Lake Garfield private white sand beach and access to variety of activities the Berkshires has to offer and the proximity to the town of Great Barrington- your time will be full with excellent choices. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. 5 Bedrooms, 4 full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms with 2 oversized smart TV’s, 2 washing and 2 dryer machines, all quipped Chef Kitchen, Dining Room and Front & Rear Decks. The beautiful property includes a Front and Rear yards with outdoor Hot Tub & Solo smokeless Fire pit. Topped by easy walk to lake Garfield white sandy white beach, boat launch access, picnic tables and lifeguard. Our guests are welcome to use our Kayak & puddle board that are stored by the the public beach during the season.
