My stay at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Stadspark was pleasant and met basic expectations. The location was convenient. The room was clean and functional. The staff were helpful and polite. Overall it was a decent hotel for a short stay.

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es wirkt etwas kahl an den Wänden in den Zimmern. Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Couches in unserer Suite wirkten ungemütlich und unbequem, als Zusatzbett aber o.k. Zu bemängeln gab es, dass es nicht möglich war, während der drei Abende unseres Aufenthaltes im Restaurant des Hotels zu Abend zu essen. Das war sehr schlecht. Die Stadt ist einige km entfernt um dort dann zu speisen, abgesehen davon, dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen war, welches man dann auch nicht in der Nähe parken konnte in der Innenstadt. Also als Tipp für alle Neubucher- direkt bei der Buchung Tische reservieren und auch für den Spa- Zutritt Zeitfenster dazubuchen, Massagen und andere Dienstleistungen sowieso!

We had a really nice stay in the hotel. We arrived around 13.30 and were lucky that our room was already available. Staff was friendly at the reception. Evertime we entered they were greeting us. The breakfast was a little chaos, the 2 ladies were working a lot but it was too crowed for them to handly everything on time. I we may have one remark... we just missed a minibar in our room. The location is very good nearby the beach and city center.

Check in was easy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Plenty of free car park spaces. Super comfy beds. Close to the beach and the town centre. The sauna facility was great although I think hotel guests should get a lower admission charge. My only gripe is the coffee and tea making facility in the bedroom was difficult to operate, I think a kettle would be better. When I visit the Netherlands again I will definitely consider staying here.
