The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is convenient to go to the fish market and take the cable car. It is close to the train station. The room is not big, but it is clean and tidy. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. I am not satisfied with the attitude of the front desk. The room was booked in advance and the hotel allowed check-in at 4 o'clock, but at 4:20 pm on the day we arrived, the front desk said that the room was not ready. I didn't know what it meant. I could only wait on the side and checked in half an hour later. I didn't even say sorry. The front desk's behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't recommend staying here.

Great location, near both bus and train station and with 5mins walk to Supermarket. Room are clean. Breakfast is fully nurish with all kind of food and drinks. All the staffs are very good and can provide good travel information.

The breakfast is good and the location is OK. You can walk across the lake to the center. The room is generally hygienic, but there are no slippers and toothbrushes, which is normal in Europe.
