The best hotel on Senja Island. The manager and staff are very welcoming. The breakfast is rich and you can see the beautiful scenery when you go out. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and I could take pictures from the living room window. There was a small cabin not far from the hotel downstairs, which was very suitable for chasing the aurora. The room is very warm, the bathroom facilities are complete, the space in the bedroom is relatively small, and the bed is also very narrow (it seems to be similar in Northern Europe). Overall, I am very satisfied.

Yes, but the hot spring is in name only. I bought a swimsuit for it after seeing the promotion, but when I actually arrived, I didn’t want to soak in it at all. Also, most of the breakfast was taken away before it was time, and the waiter spoke loudly.

We had a first-floor one-bedroom twin bed suite which was spacious and light. The view from the apartment was fantastic and the terrace was a pleasant space to sit out. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the apartment was very private, with nothing overlooking the window or the terrace. Beds were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher on our arrival. We subsequently discovered the dishwasher wasn't working. The rattan furniture on the terrace was in poor condition and there were no bedside tables, even though there was plenty of room. For some reason we needed to use the key to open the door from the lounge to the bedroom. None of this detracted from what was a very peaceful, enjoyable stay.

Nous avons fait l’activité raquette avec Sergio. C’était super. Sergio était très sympa et avait tout prévu. Randonnée au top avec une vue incroyable ! Nous avons même dégusté un café et un snack en haut. Nous avions même un petit coussin pour ne pas avoir les fesses mouillées 🥲

Stayed here to see the northern lights and boy oh boy did we see them Quite possibly one of the best locations I've ever stayed in - everywhere you look, 360 its beautiful The hues at sunset were amazing The staff were friendly and the rooms everyone stayed in were quite different I was in a very small room which was a part of the main house, no views, quite basic, not much space and the tiniest bathroom - but other friends had apartment type accommodation, where they shared living rooms and another guest we knew was in one of their higher end rooms. We went just after New Year around January 3rd 2024 - it was not as cold as I'd expect it to be although there was snow here and there and as we were leaving our plane got snowed in, but all the internal areas are nicely toasty. The restaurant food was brilliant too! Would 100% come back

Premier stop lors de notre semaine en norvège, nous y sommes restés 3 nuits, cela doit être l'endroit le plus magique qu'on ait fait, tout était réunit : appartement top, en étage (donc calme),spacieux, cosy, bien décoré, chaud, des supers canapés, cuisine assez bien équipée (faire les courses avant d'arriver sur l'ile au village avant le pont, il y a plein de choix), pratique et bien pensé. Accueil à la réception un peu moyen, mais pas gênant, nous sommes autonomes. Vue extra sur le "lagon" de l'hotel, les montagnes, la mer qui se déchaine, le ciel où s'est succédé tempête de neiges. Vue le temps, malheureusement toutes nos excursions ont été annulées, dommage. Les deux personnes des activités que nous avons vues ont été plutôt sympa, même si malheureusement il n'y a pas moults sorties possibles dans les parages, néanmoins, il faut insister, leur louer des raquettes et aller découvrir les paysages (à proximité : un petit lac à aller voir en 1h AR en raquette, un fjord dont on peut faire le tour en plusieurs h, marcher un peu le long de la route pour voir les déco alentours). Je ne sais pas si on reviendra, mais peut être pour faire la sortie en bateau dans les fjords qui devait être topissime (annulé car trop de vents et de vagues). Malgré le temps, nous avons quand meme réussi à voir 2 nuits, du phare, les aurores (un message pour l'hotel -＞ essayer de réduire les lumières autour du phare, ce serait tellement mieux !). La première nous avons payé 40 euro pour avoir l'accès au phare et rentrer au chaud (chauffé, chocolat chaud), nous étions tout seuls, sans guide, mais c'était bien. la deuxième nous sommes restés dehors, on aurait du garder la clé pour ouvrir l'intérieur et rester au chaud quand les nuages restent...)

Die Lage des Hotels ist besonders für das Beobachten von Nordlichtern geeignet. Wir buchten ein Apartment mit Blick in die Bucht, die Ausstattung war nicht ganz neu, aber in Ordnung. Eine Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht. Abzüge gibt es für das Restaurant, denn das Frühstücksbuffet wirkt etwas 'einfach', die Qualität ist in Ordnung, aber es ist nicht sehr einladend dort sich etwas zu nehmen. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, aber das Personal nicht sehr aufmerksam.
