On the 15th of May 2025 I made a reservation via the "stayforlong" website to this hotel. Just after receiving confirmation via email, I called the hotel front desk and they once again confirmed my booking. I do not know what happened afterwards but, long story short, my reservation was cancelled and nobody informed me about it. Even when I called the front desk the day of arrival, saying that I was late, nobody ever told me anything about the cancellation. I found out that there were no rooms available for me only when I arrived at the hotel later that night. The manager, available on the phone, said that they processed my cancellation the day prior to my arrival and that the booking company should have been informing me but, is it normal that nobody from the front desk warned me about it and when I called the first time they confirmed my reservation instead? Long story short, nobody was able to find a solution and I had to drive away very late at night, looking for a solution.
