I booked a high floor room, as advertised in the booking section but when I checked in they gave me a room on the first floor! Only after I complained and showed them my booking, they put me on the third floor. When I arrived the security guard showed me the wrong entrance. The hotel itself is not bad though.

This was really great. The breakfast was also great however please reduce the salt on your food. And the meat be taken out the oven so that it doesn’t dry out. The rest of the hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Also please change the feather cushions. They looked rather old

I spent one night at Coastlands Musgrave and received world class exceptional service and hospitality! I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing and took special care of me.

We had supper at the hotel and it was there “special Buffet” unfortunately there was nothing special about the food as it lacked of taste and everything was overcooked. The prawns had chilly spices on and it was advertised as normal prawns when my wife told the waiter her reply was “ oh its probably chilly evening today”. We paid R790 two people without drinks and we hardly ate. In fact we stopped at a takeaway place on the way to our accommodation. If it was not for the ladies that greeted us at the door i would have rated it 0. I would not recommend the buffet at all

I keep going back. It is peaceful and the food is fantastic. Centrally located for my business needs and the staff are friendly and helpful. I can't wait for my next visit.

Everything was good but they need to separate couples and single people by a room apart coz you can hear most of what’s happening on the other side apart from that everything was top tier

The hotel is not properly maintained, just basic maintenance especially when it comes to rooms, the condition is really. Your rates are competitive with Hilton, Umhlanga arch and premier hotel but Coastlands room quality is really bad
