I am as picky as they come when it comes to staying in a hotel. I must say i have no complaints! The night staff and day staff are phenomenal and very helpful. The room was immaculate (trust me I look for things). Breakfast was delicious and hot. I highly recommend stopping in.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Berea, KY while visiting family. We had a newly remodeled room and it was beautiful—very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly, kind and helpful especially Tonya and Bryan at the front desk. Breakfast was free and delicious. Thank you Jennifer for doing such a great job!

When the corporate office was difficult to work with, Tonya stepped in and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She made us feel valued and taken care of, and her dedication truly turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Great hotel. They are remodeling but that didn’t affect the stay at all. Both representatives ( when we checked in the night of 8/20 and the person in the morning of 8/21) were phenomenal!! (Friendly and engaging). Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. (Thankful for the properly browned biscuits-delish!!)

Headed north and needed to stop. Tried an exit about 20 miles south and the hotels were sold out. Thank goodness. It was a terrible exit and choice of hotels and restaurants. One of the full hotels told us to not bother stopping till Berea. This Holiday Inn Express was right at the exit. Kind of jammed in and looked small but we were done driving. Turns out it is in the middle of a renovation and we had a room on the upper/"new" floor. Very nice. The staff was very pleasant. Lobby area needs a refresh but it was a very good hotel at a good price.

Other than the pool was closed for renovation, the stay was excellent. Friendly and courteous staff, everything was clean and in order the way we wanted it.

The property has energy saving ac. Need to be in the room to prompt the controller to cool the room. Also switched off the fan when target temp is reached. This makes a surprise for someone using the fan for white nose. Room was updated and super
