Freundliches Personal, alles sauber, schöner Blick auf den Watzmann, aber leider gibt es einiges zu beanstanden. Kein Wasser oder Glas auf dem Zimmer, ein zweites Kissen muss man sich erst besorgen, dünne Decke, zu kleine Handtücher im engen Bad. WLan funktioniert. Beim Frühstück Industriebrötchen, kein Kaffeeautomat, sondern nur Filterkaffee. Cappuccino kostet extra und dann gleich 3,70 Euro. Üppiges Büffet, aber alles Billigware und nicht nachhaltig verpackt. Beim Abendessen gute Suppe und Salatbuffet in der Halbpension. Hauptspeise teilweise nicht essbar, z.B verkochte Nudeln mit Mehlschwitze sollte Spaghetti Carbonara sein. Kartoffenbrei aus Pulver, Champignons aus der Dose - alles eher schlimmstes Kantinenessen. Keine bayerische Küche. Nachtisch sehr schwankend, vor allem zuckrig. Das ganze Hotel eher muffig und ziemlich von vorgestern,muss sich dringend modernisieren. Reception fängt morgens erst um 8 Uhr an und abrechnen kann man bei frührerer Abreise nur am Vorabend.

Schöner urlaub
Das Hotel war sehr sauber und super gepflegt. Es war ein super Ausblick auf die Berge und das kehlsteinhaus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr abwechselnd. Wir würden immer wieder in das hotel kommen

Underbar utsikt över Eagles Nest.
Trevlig personal både i reception och restaurang.
Matutbudet i restaurangen var lite si sådär och de hade ej öppet för lunch.
Rent och städat rum.
Nackdelen är att det är fruktansvärt lyhört (vaknade av grannens alarm på mobilen)

Unterbesetztes Servicepersonal, dadurch etwas chaotisch, aber dennoch freundlich und bemüht.
Frühstückauswahl in Ordnung, man könnte es etwas liebevoller gestalten.
Zimmer und Bad modernisiert und komfortabel. Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal.

Ich zum wiederholten Mal in diesem Hotel und habe einen schönen Urlaub gemacht, Empfang war sehr nett und kompetent, Zimmer sauber und aufgeräumt, alles da. Frühstück in Buffet-Form ist perfekt, Service-Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann wählen nur Frühstück oder auch Abendessen.
