If I could give more stars I would. I’m part of a tour group and upon arrival we had the best service out of all the places we have stayed. A welcome drink of blueberry liqueur, a smiling face walking us through what to expect, a 24hr WhatsApp number to contact etc. The hotel itself is adorable and I love it so much. I was excited to go find my room

Rustiek hotel op een ideale locatie, ook dicht bij een betaalbare parking en een bankautomaat. Van de 17 plaatsen waar wij hebben ontbeten in Albanië was dit het beste. De kwaliteit is zeer goed en de keuze die je hebt, is er prima. Het personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk.

This is a family run hotel and for once really is family run. Such a warm welcome and stay. Was there as part of a small group tour. This place is very much in the Albanian style so the character is great. No lift but they take your cases to the room so there is no problem. There is a lovely lounge/bar where you can relax. Rooms are very well appointed as are the shower/bathroom. Breakfast was a treat with eggs cooked to order and the dining room catches the sun and has lovely view. The Hotel is situated right by the town up a street so with 2 mins walking distance to everything. There is also a mini market right opposite if you need anything.

Bellissimo hotel in centro città e vicino alla salita per andare al castello. La struttura è ricavata in un'abitazione tipica e per questo motivo è molto affascinante. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione è servita in una bella terrazza.

We drove here from Macedonia (Ohrid) and fell in love with this hotel straight away! Staff were amazing from the moment we parked outside and throughout our entire 2-night stay. Our room was gorgeous — airy, bright, and with a little courtyard. Very clean room, but some small ants got in. Amazing shower and bathroom! And so much fun décor throughout the hotel. Loved it! Note there was only one trash can in the entire room – it could definitely do with a second. Our room was also right next door to an outdoor, open square with a loud DJ on both nights, but we still slept like babies! Amazing view from the breakfast area – and oh, the breakfast spread was impressive too, with both hot and cold dishes and more wonderful, helpful staff. Note there are no currency exchange offices open on Sundays, so make sure you plan in advance if you need cash (which is preferred at most places in town).

Een top hotel in een leuk dorpje. We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen en de kamer was schoon en het bed lag goed. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en de man die het ontbijt verzorgde, was ook zeer vriendelijk. De locatie van het hotel is perfect, je loopt zo het gedeelte met de winkeltjes en terrasjes in.

Amazing stay at mangalemi hotel. The staff are incredibly nice, always smiling and always ready to help you. They all speak great english, we felt very welcomed. They eveb helped us parled the car everytime we left or arrived. The hotel is really beautiful and is really unique and traditional. The rooms were cleaned and as shown on the website. The breakfast included is very generous and good. The location was perfect, really close to the castle and close to the center. Definitely recommend!

We spent just one night in this hotel but it’s a very nice place. The rooms are quite spacious and the bathroom is very nice. The rooms have air conditioning which is very good when it’s hot outside. Our room was with a little and cute terrace. The breakfast is varied with salted and sweet things to eat. The room is very quiet even if the street is very close. I recommend it to you.
