Questo boutique hotel vale i tanti giudizi positivi che gli sono stati attribuiti. Esternamente è una delle tante case tipiche di Berat e anche all'interno conserva la struttura originaria. La posizione è strategica sulla strada in salita che conduce al castello: non è comunque una passeggiata! Le stanze deluxe sono abbastanza ampie e hanno tutti i comfort. La colazione poi è eccezionale con tanti prodotti e piatti locali come la moussaka di patate o le marmellate fatte in casa. Gentilissima la persona alla reception che ci accolti che capisce anche l'italiano. Chi soggiorna in hotel può anche usufruire del ristorante a cena (vedere mia specifica recensione). Prezzi ottimi.

L'Hotel Mangalemi offre un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero piacevole. La camera matrimoniale è ben curata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole e funzionale. I proprietari si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili, aiutandoci con grande cortesia quando abbiamo avuto la necessità di cambiare camera a causa di un nostro errore. Questo atteggiamento ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e ha testimoniato la loro professionalità e disponibilità. La location dell'hotel è semplicemente eccezionale. Situato in una zona incantevole, è vicino a una splendida passeggiata e a deliziosi ristoranti locali. L'atmosfera è particolarmente suggestiva nelle ore serali, quando l'illuminazione e la tranquillità creano un'ambientazione davvero magica. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gori, un collaboratore dell'hotel sempre attento e premuroso, che si è prodigato per soddisfare ogni nostro bisogno con professionalità e cortesia. Nel complesso, l'Hotel Mangalemi offre un'esperienza di soggiorno familiare, accogliente e di qualità, che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Berat.

Hôtel au pied de la citadelle au cœur de Bérat tout le personnel du directeur à la femme de la cuisine ainsi que la personne qui s’occupe de la voiture et du petit déjeuner sont très serviables et très sympathiques Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et assez bien insonorisées on est au cœur de la ville et on n’entend pratiquement rien La décoration est authentique Le petit déjeuner est copieux même si il y a beaucoup plus de salé que de sucré

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Excellent service: they even helped me park the rental car in the tight streets. Location can’t be beat: short walk to the Castle of Berat. The rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated in the old Berati tradition. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It says it is a 3 star hotel but the service and experience was definitely worth of 5 stars.

Zeer sfeervol en mooi (historisch) hotel recht in het centrum van alle bezienswaardigheden. Alles op wandelafstand. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt ruimte op de bovenste verdieping geeft een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Lekker ontbijt. Parking dichtbij.

If I could give more stars I would. I’m part of a tour group and upon arrival we had the best service out of all the places we have stayed. A welcome drink of blueberry liqueur, a smiling face walking us through what to expect, a 24hr WhatsApp number to contact etc. The hotel itself is adorable and I love it so much. I was excited to go find my room

Rustiek hotel op een ideale locatie, ook dicht bij een betaalbare parking en een bankautomaat. Van de 17 plaatsen waar wij hebben ontbeten in Albanië was dit het beste. De kwaliteit is zeer goed en de keuze die je hebt, is er prima. Het personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk.

This is a family run hotel and for once really is family run. Such a warm welcome and stay. Was there as part of a small group tour. This place is very much in the Albanian style so the character is great. No lift but they take your cases to the room so there is no problem. There is a lovely lounge/bar where you can relax. Rooms are very well appointed as are the shower/bathroom. Breakfast was a treat with eggs cooked to order and the dining room catches the sun and has lovely view. The Hotel is situated right by the town up a street so with 2 mins walking distance to everything. There is also a mini market right opposite if you need anything.
