had a wonderful stay at Portik Hotel in Berat! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the old town. The staff were extremely kind and helpful during my entire stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast – everything was fresh and delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I truly felt welcomed and relaxed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berat

Slightly old fashioned hotel, BUT excellent service. Erik was incredibly helpful and gave great service. Great guy! Fabulous rooftop restaurant with great views. Food was fine. Had evening meal elswhere as special event at hotel - a bit annoying!

Aparentemente bonito hotel, pero una vez dentro, nuestra experiencia fue desastosa. Habitación sucia, camas estiras, no hechas, agua de la ducha que inunda el wc. No lo aconsejo en absoluto

Habitaciones sucias. Tuvimos que cambiar 1 vez de habitación, se inundaba el wc. La segunda, sábanas usadas y al hacerte la cama, casi ni estiran las sábanas. Mucha imagen y nada de limpieza. Fuimos 5 amigas con cierta edad para saber de limpieza. Lo.único que se salva es la terraza superior y el AA.

Modern and fairly recently built, this hotel promises a lot but my experience showed that it often fails to deliver. My room was not ready for 3 hours on arrival, despite being told I would have a wait of one and a half. The few staff I saw seemed indifferent. Rooms are large but strangely despite apparent double glazing there was noise from the street outside. Bed comfortable. Breakfast nothing to write home about but served in the rooftop restaurant which has great views of Berat, which is indeed a lovely and interesting place.

Zimmer war groß genug mit sehr guter Matratze. Das Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse im Rahmen der Halbpension war ausreichend und sehr gut. Den Blick von dort gefällt. Das Frühstück ist halt albanisch, aber man findet was. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

· Absolutely in love with the hotel. First of all the location. Very easy to reach by car (underground parking also available ), walking distance to all attractions, many restaurants and shops around. Second the hotel is brand new and its sparkling clean. Rooms are spacious and very cozy. The most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. Seriously, slept as a baby after long day in the city. Beautiful view from the room over the hill and old neighborhood of Mangalem. The staf is very helpful! Just perfect! Bathroom has all amenities. Hosts are very helpful nice and kind people, they suggested us everything where to go and what to do in Berat. I strongly this hotel for your stay!

Very nice hotel in the historic center of Berat. All touristic locations are on walking distance except for the castle. Very nice rooms, clean and modern. Friendly personnel. Good restaurant with local dishes. Great view on the historic district.
