房間景觀很好 地點也很方便啊 就是含了早晚餐 都沒空體驗別府其他的美食啊 哈哈 酒店附近就有大巴站 離jr也很近

CP值不高，服務不到位，早晚餐一般，附近海邊可散步，大堂面海有泡腳溫泉水池，邊泡腳也可欣賞夕陽，很不錯

Service: The service is very good, everyone greets with a smile. Environment: The hot spring is average Food: Two kaiseki meals are included, the staff can speak simple Chinese, and the taste is also very good. I couldn't get up for breakfast, so I didn't eat.

Before I went, I saw mixed reviews... I was a little worried... After I went, I was very surprised when I saw the lobby, the design facing the sea. In fact, the whole hotel is not big, but this kind of design is like a dojo in a screw factory, every step is meticulous. The room was booked with a hot spring, and the hot spring is running 24 hours a day, which is amazing. I was happy but also worried, afraid that I might hear the sound of running water because of the noise... The morning sun can wake people up, even if the bamboo curtains are drawn (it doesn't matter whether they are drawn or not... The hotel's kaiseki cuisine is quite satisfactory, and the soup tastes extremely delicious! The big bathhouse is from 5 am to 1 pm, and you can take a bath almost at any time... I got up and took a bath today and then went back, everything was great! Disadvantages: breakfast is too early... Hahahaha, I can't get up. This is considered a resort hotel, but it's actually not necessary to get up so early... After soaking soft, I really can't get up in the morning... 7:45 is not the same as getting up at 6:45 for breakfast in China... The evening activities ended quickly. It would be even more perfect if the hot spring eggs and ramen could be provided until 11 o'clock! You can take a bath boldly. I think the overall design facing the sea will give people a sense of surprise, especially the room!

The hotel environment is very good, right on the beach. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer a full sea view. The private hot spring on the balcony is also very good. The hotel has games and performances at night, but we arrived too late and it was over after dinner. The hotel offers one night and two meals, and the meals are kaiseki-style. I personally think they look high-end but are not delicious. There was a small episode in booking the room. I originally booked for 2 nights, but later the itinerary changed and I wanted to stay for only 1 night. The hotel also charged a 10% fee. After negotiation, I agreed to pay the fee, but the hotel changed its mind and said that I had to cancel the entire order and book it again, and the 10% fee had to be paid. Then I checked and found that the original corner room was no longer available when I rebooked, and the price of ordinary rooms had increased a lot. The hotel's operation was very inflexible. After several days of negotiation, Ctrip was very helpful in reconciling. The hotel environment and facilities are worth visiting, but changes or cancellations must be avoided.
