The hotel facilities are very old and there are tour groups staying there. There are only three elevators and you have to wait a long time to get one each time. Because there are so many people, you have to wait to be seated even for breakfast. In addition, the water in the outdoor hot spring was not hot enough, so we had to use the indoor hot spring. However, there were too many people talking loudly, especially many Koreans, so we were unable to really enjoy the hot spring. We will not stay here again next time.
