Pros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too!
Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us.
TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch!
Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system!
Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up.
Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay!
Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

I checked the location in advance and it was fine.
Since I have experience living in Japan, unmanned check-in was not that difficult, but I was shocked the moment I entered the room.
The cleaning was amazing....They did not do it at all ㅠ.ㅠ
How long does it take for them to be like this ㅠ.ㅠ
Wow~~The dust is no joke.
It was the worst ㅠ.ㅠ
I was so annoyed and angry during my 2-night stay, but although Fukuoka accommodations are not sophisticated, the cleanliness is comparable ㅠ.ㅠ
Those of you who are going to book Grand Base Betbueki, think about it and make a reservation!!!

The room was very clean and comfortable.
However, 1. There was not much parking, and 2. I felt it was a little difficult to check in. *Other guests who checked in at the same time also had trouble checking in.

When I open the door, I was totally surprised! I can’t believe this high quality of the room it was at such cost efficient level. You got a washing machine, massage bath tumb, 2 double 1 single bed and even a kitchen.
Although you may not able to put your luggage ahead of later. There are many lockers near by the JR station. So no worries! All things is under control!
I strongly recommend you to take your cozy trip here!

The interior is bigger than expected and I recommend this accommodation.
Beppu Station is right next to it, so you can get to the subway, bus, and taxi stations among other stations!
The bathroom was clean and the facilities such as washing machine and induction were good.
However, the heating was a little weak, so it was a bit cold when I slept.
