The location and the service from the front desk was very good.
Perhaps because it's old, the facilities are dilapidated and the water areas are quite dirty.
I was hesitant to use the toilet in my room so I held back and went to a nearby convenience store. I was told there was a vending machine on the third floor, but the carbonated drink I bought was warm and even the vending machine seemed dilapidated.
Considering the price, it's reasonable, but if asked if I would come again, I would say I would come if I just knew I was there to sleep.

I often make reservations at this hotel when playing golf around Beppu. The facilities are old, but you can stay the night before and relax in the hot springs. If you add breakfast, you can eat the breakfast buffet at the affiliated hotel. The only negative point is that there is no kettle, hair dryer, or refrigerator in the room. The location is impeccable in front of Beppu Station. Life nearby is simple, but it is a bit noisy because it is close to the railway tracks. Being able to go to the nearby Beppu Wave Hotel to soak in the hot springs is a big plus!
