I want to praise the service the most. The front desk lady checked in super quickly and recommended nearby food. The breakfast in the morning was very rich, with both Chinese and Western styles, and the taste was also online. When checking out, she took the initiative to ask if I could help call a taxi, which was really thoughtful~ I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here, and I have recommended it to my friends!

The room cleaning staff is also very friendly, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the room price is very affordable, and the laundry room is on the third floor. There is also pork stewed with sauerkraut for breakfast, which is good value for money. It is a comfortable and pleasant stay experience!

The river view is good, but the windows need to be cleaned. The old five-star hotel needs to raise its standards to a new level. It should be equipped with a disposable bathtub cover and some bath salts. The breakfast in the restaurant is good and the service is good.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is comfortable, free parking at the entrance of the hotel, but the parking space is tight. The front desk service of the hotel is not good. There are two bottles of water in the triple room. We asked, and the front desk replied coldly. No matter how many people stayed, there were two bottles of water in a room. It feels too uncomfortable, very poor stay experience.

Check in at night, the service desk brother has a general attitude, the sanitary conditions are OK, but there are spider webs in the water bar, obviously no one has lived for a long time, the location is biased, the window is the sound of the road sports car, the general standard homestay, the price is small! The koi in the yard is not bad!

Hotel location is good to find, bedding is more comfortable, sanitary conditions are not bad. Breakfast is delicious, there are simple Chinese and Western styles. There is a parking lot, but in another place, it is far from very convenient.

Because family members came to visit us, we upgraded from a standard room to a room with two double beds. The front desk was very kind and even arranged for us to stay in the room opposite theirs. It was a great experience for us, and we'll definitely come back if we need to.

The water is filled quickly, the room is large, the bathroom scent is good, and the whole house is smart and modern. It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and treats every guest very polite and friendly. The manager who should be a short-haired man is very considerate in handling our room upgrade. Among the girls, we needed some cleaning tools, and we found help to deliver them. I have stayed in many hotels in the Northeast on business trips, and I feel that the overall hotel quality is four-star or above. The Yiyi and Atour All Seasons are in the same echelon. I will come back to Benxi next time.
