帶長者和寵物出行，在攜程上搜到這家寵物友好民宿，價格不低視頻美麗，入住兩宿！淺評一下，以供參考。
1.寵物友好加大分！
2.適合自駕遊。這裏開業不久位於山腳下，距離景區都在5公里左右！民宿周邊沒有地方玩。庭院和房間空間稍顯侷促，院子設計的漂亮，沒什麼平地不太適合腿腳不便的老年人，但照相特別出片！
3.建築用料和床品加分！潔白乾凈。房間地暖熱，衞生間不大，沒有乾濕分離。由於個人睡眠習慣房間牆上所有的開關都是亮的，影響入睡！這裡有免費早餐，而且特別有儀式感，令人眼前一亮但內容有點少！晚午餐需提前預訂交款，菜量適中，味道很好！
4..第一次住民宿，以為星級酒店的價格會有配套的服務，實際上沒有，性價比不算高！
總之看個人需求。我的需求就是能讓毛孩子入住其他可以忽略！

十一衹想和朋友們在一個地方待着美美的賞賞景，來到了小院，門口有一個充電樁，電車友好。身後有個小山也可以散散步。一行四家11人，在這裏度過了舒服的三天，還有了每天來到我們身邊很有規矩的小狗🐕，是大家的團寵。位置離關門山很近，一路的山景、雲景都非常漂亮，由於一個小院裏有好幾間房，如果是幾家人一起都訂了房，小院的幾乎就是我們“自己”的，感受度更好了。服務的大哥大姐應該是當地村民，肯定不能像酒店那樣培訓化的服務流程，但多交流多溝通就好，他們的服務反應都很及時。

非常完美的一次瀋陽到本溪短途2日遊，真的是天時地利人和都佔據了，網上預訂，次日民宿管家就會打電話聯絡，發定位及入住相關訊息，圖文並茂，挺詳細，按照導航一步到位，整體環境沒的説，一步一景，房間設施都挺齊全，而且很用心，我們就住了一個晚上，投影啊音響啊等等都沒咋用，對我們來説重要的是4個人可以住一個房間，特別難得，早餐很精緻如圖，晚餐提前預訂，菜量挺大，4個人三個菜都吃不了，點的都是我們愛吃的，山裡晚上有點冷，我們房間沒有開空調，所以挺温暖，老闆的狗寶寶很可愛，週一正好趕清洗泡池，還挺幸運，看的出老闆的用心經營，管家小夥也很熱情，流水賬説了不少，其實重點是跟什麼人在一起，會不會玩，值得推薦！

民宿在遠離市區的地方 很有氛圍感 很有東京都的感覺 就感覺不像國內的感覺 還有管家服務 真的很貼心 如果不是沒訂到第二天的房 我會再住一天 還可以泡温泉 如果温泉更隱蔽一些會更好 也很愜意 這次本溪之行很完美 如果價格再優惠一些就更好了

設施：首先説設施，衞生間的開關到那沒有電池現安裝的，衞生間沒有一次性小香皂，手紙是三個三分之一卷的
衞生：泡池裡有死老鼠。我要求不是很高的那種人我都覺得這個民宿走的應該是一鎚子買賣，1200塊錢一晚上的民宿除了環境和視頻差不多，實際院子更小一些，當天下午去的時候三點多了泡池的水管家現給加熱的説水乾淨小朋友嗆水也沒問題，第二天早上小朋友還想玩水，因為附近看視頻説有小溪抓魚靴子都買好了管家説太涼不建議然後早上又説冷也不建議泡池沒有什麼可玩的了，泡池早上也沒加熱也沒換水，這時候小朋友看見池子裏面有一衹死蟲子和死老鼠
環境：這家民宿就外部環境還可以，雖然小，但其他沒有一點服務跟上這個房價的
服務：小朋友看見死老鼠後，管家的服務可以説是很不專業，沒有説給解決問題，早上沒説給加熱池子，發現死老鼠後撈出來，大人很噁心，但是小朋友還想下水玩，管家也並沒有説給換水或者消毒，反而把責任推給附近村民説附近村民不想讓他們開民宿不一定是人為還是什麼原因，首先山裡出現老鼠也能理解，但是就這個處理方式和這個出現問題的態度很讓人費解，這讓我很質疑前一天的水是不是都是循環臟水，這個民宿也就值個這個景點錢吧，服務，早餐（雖然説山上資源有限但是我們花的這個錢不就是這個錢麼，早餐的鹹菜也就兩塊錢不能再多了，除了盒子好看口味品質真是一言難盡），設施真的是一分不想給，本來身邊人很多看小紅書的躍躍欲試，就這樣的服務還怎麼口口相傳，浪費裝修的這個小院了，工作人員太不專業了

花了1000多，住的20多平的房間，衞生間小的可憐，第一次住酒店沒有洗澡的慾望，在裏面衹能轉個身，泡澡的浴缸放出來的水是黃色的，老闆説是山泉水，山泉水就可以不過濾直接黃色的放出來給客人用？説裏面含鐵，加熱後氧化了，這個有點化學常識的可以科普一下，那裡麪得有多少鐵元素，看圖片吧，有好奇的可以去親自感受一下！謹慎避坑，性價比極低！

距關門山開車二十多分鐘的地方，日式風格小院，處處細節體現着用心。車剛停就有管家來迎接，幫忙拿東西。房間不多，但每一間都有特色。吃飯可以選擇室內也可以院內，如果不是蚊子特別多的話院內完勝。院內有整體驅蚊設備也是高大上了。室內有山姆的小童驅蚊。小院很出片，羣山環繞間，非常治癒。晚餐要提前一天點好方便店家配備食材，小炒黃牛肉和炒笨雞蛋口味都很不錯。早餐如下圖。住宿的話衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗手間洗澡會潮濕。枕頭非常舒服，洗漱用品都不錯。服務很貼心，希望保持品質，下次還來。
