It’s the second time I’m staying in this beautiful, peaceful hotel. And again I’m enjoying my time in this familiar atmosphere. But specially there is now a wunderful pool which invites you for relaxing bath. I also enjoy the delicious breakfast. I’m just happy to be here!

We recently stayed here for the t****th time and it felt like coming home. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful new swimming pool, which had just been installed since our last visit. Although the finishing touches around the pool were not yet complete, you could see the care and attention that had been put into it. The pool was a wonderful addition to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The owners and their staff are, as during our first stay, exceptionally friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home straight away. Furthermore, the hotel is in a perfect location, on the edge of the river, close to the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants. For example, we had a lovely lunch on the beach at the *Catamaran Restaurant*, and in the evening enjoyed dinner at the *Vintage Restaurant*, where I tried crab for the first time – highly recommended! All in all, the hotel is a hidden gem in Bentota. We are already looking forward to returning.

we booked this place from ******* which was a huge mistake because ******* didnt sent them the email and we didn’t have a reservation so do it through a different website. Regardless of the rough start, we all figured it out and they accommodated us! It was a beautiful home, the pink flower tree is just gorgeous. The owners are kind and honest people, we booked the hotel on sri lankas new year but even so they were very attentive. Breakfast is simple and cute, the rooms are clean and roomy. Very clean! We even asked the owner to get us ceylon cinnamon and we got it at an amazing price because of him! Great stay, its was a delight! Oh and you have to call the owner if you’re coming back to the hotel after 10pm because they lock the gate, no big deal though!

This guest house is a must for any one visiting Bentota. its set in a beautiful location overlooking the lake a very peaceful location to relax and recharge your batteries. The hosts are very welcoming and so helpful they are there on hand any time of day. The breakfast is delicious served on the patio over looking the lake. If you are going to the beach its a good 20 minute walk or you can easily take a Tuk Tuk which I would recommend. The best place we ate was at pier 88 directly across the lake from Fuji easily accessed in a TukTuk would certainly recommend a visit there. All in all great place with great hosts.

The place was calm - beautiful garden and view - rooms were large and very clean - bathroom was modern with a great shower - beds were comfortable - hosts were friendly - breakfast was delicious A wonderful place in Sri Lanka. We loved our stay here.

So calm and peaceful, you can dissolve yourself in there. The resort is located right on the beautiful river and it drowns in green nature, that is all around. It is a full relaxation for your body and your mind. The rooms and bathrooms are high quality, clean, bed is so comfortable, it has everything you need and even more. You can see that people really care about this place. I only regret I didn't stay there longer, but I needed to continue the journey. I will definitely come back again.

We recently stayed at this guesthouse with our three children for two nights. The building was clean and well-maintained. The room was also very spacious, and since we have a toddler who is still drinking milk, it was very convenient to have a sink with a faucet like in the kitchen. The owner was also very kind and attentive, and the staff were also very friendly. As soon as we arrived, we could see the river beyond the beautiful garden and hear the birds singing. It was a really wonderful stay. Thank you!

Stayed with Kumara and his family for three nights. What sets this guest house apart from others is the waterside location. The garden is next to the lagoon so the views are quite magical. You can have breakfast in the garden or on the balcony with great views. Watch the fishermen, tourist boats and wildlife. There is a water monitor who suns himself on the deck and mongoose run across the garden, birds are plentiful so if you like wildlife this is a good spot. It was also quiet here and only a short tuk tuk ride to the main beach area. Rooms are clean and spacious with balconies, we did have some problems with the AC which is a little ancient but it was fixed after the first day. Some small things in the rooms could do with updating for the price but not really a big problem. Breakfast was excellent and we did dine in one night, the homemade rice and curry was lovely. We were recommended to Rochan for all our local tuk tuk needs and we used him for the entire time we were in the area. He was fantastic, picking us up whenever we needed without fuss and only charging fair prices. Lovely kind charming host who went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay, highly recommended place to stay if you are in the Benotota area.

Отель очень уютный, доброжелательные хозяева. Аккуратные, чистые номера, осуществляется их ежедневная уборка.В номере холодильник, чайник, посуда. Балкон с видом на красивый ухоженный сад и озеро. Большой чистый немноголюдный пляж в 7-10 минутах ходьбы . Ещё положительный момент: отель на тихой улице-нет постоянного грохотания и сигналов транспорта, при этом главная улица в 5 минутах ходьбы. Отличное и комфортное место для отдыха.
