Beautiful property, with lush flowering and fruit filled gardens! Everything you need for a relaxing visit is provided. We stayed 2 nights in one of the cabins which was perfect, with a little front porch and rocking chairs. We also stayed one night in the grand suite as well, and it was very spacious with 2 rooms and a balcony overlooking the grounds. The rooms were decorated with lovely handmade quilts. The outstanding hosts Charlie and Rebecca were very entertaining and served a dose of humor with the delicious breakfasts. Rebecca 's creative breakfasts were the best food of our entire trip! The unique jellies served at breakfast were made from berries harvested from their berry patch. Charlie was quick to recommend restaurants, hikes, wineries, markets, and attractions. I would love to return again!

This was our first trip to the Finger Lakes to check out wineries and decided upon Penn Yan as a base of operations. We picked Los Gatos as our B&B and are glad we did. Not only is the property beautiful but the hosts, Charles and Rebecca, are super nice and helpful. Rebecca's breakfasts are to die for and the rooms lovely and very comfortable. It is quite a good value, especially for a couples get-away. We will definitely come back here on our next trip.

My wife and I stayed at Los Gatos for two nights and have a wonderful time. Charles and Rebecca are impeccable hosts and they take immaculate care of their beautiful property, inside and out. The stunning views from the deck are only surpassed by the delicious breakfast they provided each morning. The village on Penn Yan is quaint, but it's within striking distance to Watkins Glen State Park, a true gem, I heartily recommend a stay at Los Gatos.

Place was amazing...... Beautiful location... Incredibly knowledgeable, caring and accommodating owners. Breakfast was amazing. The care and time put into it and the personal touch really took it to the next level.......five stars

Charles and Rebecca were perfect hosts- engaging and welcoming. The gardens are meticulously cared for and gorgeous. Rebecca's breakfasts are amazing- homegrown berries, poached pears, vegetable fritatta to name just a few. We stayed in one of the cabins which was spacious and had great air conditioning. The mini fridge was much appreciated. The location was excellent for visiting wineries, restaurants, etc. Looking forward to a return visit.

I always enjoy staying with Charles and Rebecca at Los Gatos B&B in Penn Yan, NY. They are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. I like having a refrigerator in the room. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. The outdoor patio and gazebo are nice spots to relax with comfortable seating. I look forward to going back to Los Gatos.

My wife and I took our yearly trip to upstate Penn Yan, New York the first week in July to visit my wife's family. Once again, we chose to stay at Los Gatos B&B. We stayed in one of their cabins. What a great experience! The beauty of the grounds, the very friendly fellow guests and, of course, the awesome breakfasts! Charles and Rebecca are terrific hosts and the conversations we shared at the breakfast table are always amazing. We always look forward to our next stay with the Franks family.
