To make matters worse, they charge R$ 29.90 a day for you to leave your car in the parking lot, but the parking lot does not have enough spaces, forcing the guest to leave the key with the reception. Due to the lack of spaces, we left the key at the reception for the hotel employee to put it in an appropriate place and our car was scratched, causing a loss of more than R$ 500.00 for the repair.
We even saw the hotel valets walking at excessive speed, incompatible with the hotel's parking space, which surprised us.
