O hotel é ótimo, limpo e organizado. O único inconveniente foi que no dia que fui o restaurante do hotel nao estava funcionando

Hotel com atendimento muito aquém do esperado, inclusive registrei um Boletim de Ocorrência por invasão de domicílio e exposição à intimidade por conta do acesso súbito de uma funcionária sem a devida autorização ao quarto. Particularmente não me hospedarei mais no local.

Hotel razoável, cama encostada na parede, sufocante, mas dá pro gasto

Our room was handicapped accessible so the bathroom sink was very small; the bathroom stall had a leak, wetting the entire dry area of ​​the bathroom; and the comforters on the bed had a strange/bad smell! From the hallway you can see a beautiful sunset!!

Very well organized hotel, very beautiful and great room service, with a wonderful breakfast, I highly recommend it.

The hotel room is tiny, it is difficult to move around the room if you are staying with one more person because there is no space next to and in front of the bed to access it, you keep knocking on furniture to walk in the room. There is not even a signage available to inform the cleaning service whether or not you want them to clean the room. In our case, we didn't want to be disturbed, but as there was no sign they ended up entering the room anyway. The bathroom and, in particular, the shower stall, are unsuitable for showering, the space is tiny and ends up flooding the bathroom, as water splashes everywhere. The hotel restaurant was very dirty. People used the table for breakfast and then the tables were not cleaned, the same happens with the buffet. The breakfast buffet had visibly old food, the coffee machine was broken and only water came out when I tried to use it, in addition to not replacing items on a recurring basis, even if you are going to have breakfast early. To make matters worse, they charge R$ 29.90 a day for you to leave your car in the parking lot, but the parking lot does not have enough spaces, forcing the guest to leave the key with the reception. Due to the lack of spaces, we left the key at the reception for the hotel employee to put it in an appropriate place and our car was scratched, causing a loss of more than R$ 500.00 for the repair. We even saw the hotel valets walking at excessive speed, incompatible with the hotel's parking space, which surprised us. If you are looking for a quality place, with a good breakfast and service compatible with the price, I do not recommend staying at the Laghetto Estação hotel.
