Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel.

Stilhed og frisk luft. Der var kun et problem, og det kunne hotellet ikke gøre for. På grund af nedbrudt internet, kunne vi ikke betale med kort, så der måtte skaffes kontanter. Alt andet var i orden, og morgenmadsbuffetten var fantastisk.

This hotel could be a great hotel for families and sports enthusiasts. The hotel has a nice big gym and a fitness room, as well as a bowling alley. The bowling alley and fitness room were closed. From the winter garden you can watch the animals in the outdoor enclosures. When you check in you are given a key of some kind, without any names and without having to fill out any forms. The tiny rooms are overpriced. The food there is a disaster! The "à la carte" meal on the first evening was dry schnitzel with chips and no sauce (14€!), a mini fish fillet with 3 broccoli florets and no other side dish (16€!!!) or dry pasta pockets with indefinable contents. The breakfast buffet on the first day was just some cold cuts, carelessly put on the plates. The paradox was that the boss and staff always laid out a nice buffet with fine food for themselves. In the evening we pre-ordered a buffet because we were a big group. The owners had private guests in the evening and celebrated their own party instead of serving us, their paying customers. Sporadically, someone would come to us and take orders, and they would often forget something. The evening buffet was unloving, badly seasoned and there was no refill. Mind you, it was 35 euros per person and 17.50 euros for children. The breakfast buffet the next day was a bit more extensive than the day before, but it was all cheap packaged sausage and one type of cheese and a hard-boiled egg. The most exciting thing was checking out on the last day. Long bills were added up using a written invoice, and the totals were difficult to understand. There was no bill, no receipt for a tourist tax of 5 euros and it had to be paid in cash. The owner had no idea who had to pay what. We presented our own notes. After a long discussion about how we couldn't and didn't want to pay bills of several hundred euros in cash, he suddenly pulled out an EC card reader. We left the hotel with a bad feeling. A check of the operator would be strongly recommended here. In short: one did not have the feeling that guests were welcome and we can only recommend that everyone stay away from this accommodation!
