The room was nice, but the airport shuttle was useless. When I arrived, I contacted the hotel but no car came. I was not familiar with the place, so I was charged $30 for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found out that it was only a 10-minute walk when I arrived.

I just checked in Hilton garden inn Cancun airport. But thr room was quite disappointing. Safe was open, but inside of the safe, there were some eaten muffins and cookies. The coffee maker also has the used coffee pod in the machine.
Furthemore, the in-room phone was not working to connec me to the front desk.
After physically approaching to the front desk, I requested the clean up the safe box and the coffee machine. But, it took a long time someone to come to the room what happended. He just took some muffins and cookies and went away. 15 min later, a hoursekeeping lady was coming up and I requested a replacement coffee machine, but she denied and will clean up the coffee machine, then dissappeared. But, she didn't show up for 1 h and we decided not to use the coffee machine and to fall a sleep.

The hotel is located in the airport, very close to Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Terminal 4 is a little far away, about 15 minutes' walk. Fortunately, the hotel has a free shuttle bus, and the driver is very nice, just give some tips.
The circular swimming pool on the roof is very interesting, the hotel service is also good, and the restaurant on the first floor tastes average. If you need to catch an early flight, staying in this hotel is a good choice.
