Des voleurs !! Les chambres réservées n’étaient pas disponibles et impossible de se faire rembourser. Ils ne répondent pas aux demandes. En plus l’hôtel est en bord de route très passante et donc très bruyant. Surtout à éviter pour ne pas être obligé de partir ailleurs.

We stayed for one night before our flight home. It was really comfortable and the staff were very helpful. They let us into our room early as it was ready, and offered us the room past check-out as it was so warm to hang about. They gave us a free lift to the mall outlet nearby and to the airport.

This was a very cozy and quiet spot to spend my last couple of days in Mexico. I will definitely return when I have the chance. The food was yummy, the staff very kind and accommodating. The room was comfortable and had a fridge and smart TV and AC that worked great. Everything was clean, and I felt very safe there on my own.

Ottimo Hotel. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Doccia un po' fredda, ma gestibile. Comodissimo per l'aeroporto e transfer organizzato dall' Hotel. L'Hotel è isolato, intorno non ci sono negozi, quindi se non si ha la macchina non si può andare lontano, ma il gestore è stato molto disponibile e si è offerto lui per andare ad acquistare delle cose al market. Esperienza molto positiva.

Goede prijs/ kwaliteit! Dichtbij vliegveld, makkelijk te vinden, lekker eten, netjes, schoon, aardig personeel. Tijdens het zwemmen zie/ hoor je de apen en andere dieren. Mooi dat ze in harmonie blijven met de natuurlijke omgeving. Geen opmerkingen/ tips

We arrived at the property yesterday to find it directly on a major highway. The photos shared through ******* are incredibly deceiving. The restaurant faces the highway, as did our bedroom. I walked out as quickly as I walked in and booked myself elsewhere. Travellers beware.
