Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa-All Inc.-Adults Only

A small but wonderful resort for solo travelers. Welcoming and helpful staff. My favorite part of my stay was the hydrotherapy spa and massage; which I did back to back visits. I stayed in the presidential junior swim up suite. If I returned I could only stay in the exact same room, which was at the end and came with a beach view and only steps from the pool and bar. Sunrises and sunsets were phenomenal

I stayed at Breathless Riviera Cancun 9/5 -9/9. The hotel is pretty and well maintained very clean. Most of the staff was nice and friendly. *Room- I stayed in 7201 an Xcelerate room with an ocean view . Its really just an Alure room with an ocean view. No difference at all except price. So don't waste your money. *Upon entering the room the smell was unbearable. It smelled like sulfur. We were told it was because of the ocean smell coming inside the room. Thank goodness for incense. *Housekeeping left our door open daily after cleaning it. The door didn't close automatically when you left,it needed to be pulled close, and they never closed it. Thank goodness we were on the end and no one could walk past our room. *They used scented toilet paper in the bathroom which is a NO NO for women. Food- the food was a 6.5 out of 10. They didn't have any mangos. (1ST TIME IN MEXICO AND THEY DIDNT HAVE MANGOS) but they do have Gluten Free options. -Spumante- the GF carbonara was good - Hibachi - was good and GF as well -Bites- was good. -Spoons(buffet) was OK not as much variety as the other Breaethless Resorts I stayed at Beach- the beach was dark and dirty looking. It had all the remnants from the previous Hurricane so it wasn't swim-able for me. The smell of the ocean was very toxic. It smelled strongly of sulfur and gave us a headache after a few minutes. Drinks- the drinks weren't bad. Entertainment- it was good just not much action on the slow days at the resort (Sunday & Monday) Overall is was a nice stay.

Very clean hotel! The staff was friendly, kind, nice and catering to your every need! The food was delicious! The activities were fun especially the sip and paint, the guacamole class and volleyball! I had a blast! The only thing I think needs their attention is better night entertainment! Karaoke every night can get a little boring. Also, if you travel with friends be very aware that the shower is in the center of the room! There is a curtain you can pull back, but that was a little awkward!!! Otherwise, I had a relaxing, fun filled vacation!
