Waldorf Astoria Cancun

This is a luxurious and private hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet staycation and relax. It feels like a lot of care was put into each and every object, starting from the marble floor. But as you know... food and drinks in the hotel are quite expensive. However, the quality of the free activities is much better than that of the Hilton right next door, so we recommend taking full advantage of the activities. In particular, yoga outdoors while watching the sunrise at 7 a.m. remains one of my best memories! Plus, the spa facilities and massages are of the highest quality, so I recommend you try them. There is a separate space and pool that only spa users can use, and it is really beautiful....

My experience at the hotel was totally terrible and disappointing, to the point that I bought 2 nights and had to leave the hotel after the first night and with the second night paid for. The treatment of the waiters and staff was totally bad and rude as if you were in an all-inclusive, the food was of very low quality (like an all-inclusive) very far from the price charged. A water leak in the room, a fallen door in the access room to the bathroom that I reported and they never came to repair it, I also asked them to clean it and they never cleaned the room, the yakuzzis' water was dirty, and On top of that, when I left before the second night, the person checking out didn't even ask me the reason why I was leaving the hotel with the second night paid, my experience at the Waldorf Astoria in Cancun was truly regrettable. I do not recommend paying for this hotel, I feel scammed

I visited this place to celebrate my husband's birthday and Christmas holidays. I requested in advance a congratulatory message for my husband or an event such as a birthday celebration. However, when I entered the room, there was an unknown name and a wedding congratulatory message. We paid for the breakfast-included package through a travel agency. The next day, when we went to eat breakfast, the hotel did not confirm whether breakfast was available or not. On the first day, I had to wait in the breakfast room for an hour. And even if breakfast is included, you always have to pay a tip of $40. Wide sunbeds with ocean access can also be used at an additional cost. Even though Hilton is a top brand, Services provided may require additional costs or I don't think it's worth the price. The location is also isolated next to the Hilton Hotel. You should only use this restaurant You'll need to take a round-trip taxi, which costs around $150. Still, the room condition and cleaning, and the quality of the restaurant, even the kids menu, were excellent. If you go to Cancun again or if an acquaintance of yours is going,, I would like to recommend Gara as an all-inclusive hotel.

The hotel is very new, it just opened last year, and there are not many guests, which just meets our need for quietness. The location is not in the traditional hotel area, it is a bit to the south of the hotel area, relatively more private and quieter, but not far from the airport. Every corner of the hotel reveals the texture, the room is very spacious, the decoration is relatively modern, and it looks very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and there is a tub on the balcony. The beach is okay, not the whitest and most delicate one. The restaurants in the hotel are delicious 😋 the seafood is fresh, and the brunch is also delicious.
