The check-in and checkout was smooth. The rooms were very nice and spacious and well cleaned. The food was really good from all three of the restaurants and the main cafeteria. The main problem was with the beach closed because of the seaweed which we were not made aware of in advance or upon arrival. The hotel gave no options to take guest to clean beaches where we could swim in the sea. The other issue was with the service some waiters and workers had very good service such as Ana in the restaurants, but on a couple of occasions we had poor service including one time when a waiter was insulting us in Spanish to his fellow waiter, unaware that we spoke Spanish. Plus we get tired of the “bad face” attitudes when we either do not tip or give a tip which clearly the workers all over just do not appreciate. Perhaps it’s a culture issue, as the worse we see is in Mexico, but it should not be present in the hospitality industry.

Es un hotel bueno, disfrute mucho estar unos días, primera vez en esta propiedad de grupo Arriva. Ami esposa y mi hija les gustó mucho la comida en el restaurante llamado Pérgola, creo que lo que mas me gusto fue su sección de postres. Nuestra habitación estuvo muy cómoda, no tengo queja en cuanto a la cama o el ruido. Mis únicas quejas son las siguientes: mi esposa vió en la disco S-Club y creo que en nuestra experiencia visitando distintos hoteles no habíamos presenciado: Una hostess besándose con el DJ, el sábado 30 de Agosto. No se que clase de reglamento tengan para hacer dichas escenas. La segunda queja es que en el lobby bar, Jose, no te atiende de buena forma cuando le pides alguna bebida, pareciera que solo quiere atender a los visitantes del norte. Quiero hacer mención especial a Elena de Tea House, la cual se rifa con sus bebidas.

The only good part of our 5 night stay was The room itself and Marcos as our “butler” for the time we stayed in the ámbar room. Having paid extra for the “ámbar” package you gain access to private bar with higher quality liquors. During the 5 days we got drinks there twice as it was constantly waiting and asking to send bartenders there. One time specifically I asked to send a bartender and we were assured they were on the way. After waiting 30 minutes we were informed that the bartender was actually off site and no one was able to give us drinks. The room itself was beautiful but being all inclusive the fridge was supposed to be re stocked daily with beers and waters. Each day we had to ask 3-5 times for them to restock and 3 of the 5 days nobody showed up to restock. Service was utterly terrible from nearly everyone asides from Marcus, he was great and understanding the whole trip doing anything he could to make our stay better. Room service would arrive late and food was cold nearly every time. This place is nowhere near a 4-5 star resort more accurately 2 and maybe 3 star on the best days. — Lo único bueno de nuestra estancia de 5 noches fue la habitación y la presencia de Marcos como nuestro mayordomo durante la estancia en la habitación ámbar. Al pagar el paquete "ámbar", se accede a un bar privado con licores de mayor calidad. Durante los 5 días, pedimos bebidas allí dos veces, ya que estaban constantemente esperando y pidiendo que enviaran camareros. En una ocasión, en concreto, pedí que enviaran a uno y nos aseguraron que ya estaban en camino. Tras esperar 30 minutos, nos informaron que el camarero estaba fuera del hotel y nadie podía servirnos bebidas. La habitación era preciosa, pero al ser un todo incluido, se suponía que la nevera se reponía a diario con cervezas y agua. Cada día teníamos que pedir de 3 a 5 veces que la reabastecieran, y en 3 de los 5 días nadie apareció. El servicio fue pésimo por parte de casi todos, excepto Marcus, quien fue genial y comprensivo durante todo el viaje, haciendo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera mejor. El servicio a la habitación llegaba tarde y la comida estaba fría casi siempre. Este lugar no está ni cerca de ser un resort de 4 o 5 estrellas, más precisamente de 2 y quizás 3 estrellas en los mejores días.

es un excelente lugar para estar en familia, lo mejor es que tiene muchas amenidades tanto para niños como para adultos; aun que el servicio de bar no es 24 hrs y todo cierra a las 11 pm; es ideal para la familia los adultos mayores y los pequeños incluye diversiones para todas las edades fuimos 16 personas 2 adolecentes 7 menores y 7 adultos; la pasamos inclueible con mucha libertad ya que hay diversion para todos y lo mejor ha sido la comida en cualquiera de los restaurantes esquisita y una gran variedad de mariscos en todos; los peques quedaron encantados con los club muchas gracias a fatima, Joshephine, amairany, Marines, Daniela y Lupita por su dedicacion y cariño a nuestros niños. ¡¡¡¡¡Gracias mil a todos!!!!

My stay at Sensira was short, but my family and I took advantage of most of the amenities and received excellent service from the staff in various areas, which I'll mention in detail later. Upon arrival, Bellboys Emilio, Diego, and David provided excellent service, both in picking up my vehicle and handling our luggage. At reception, I was greeted by Ivanna, the manager on duty, who warmly treated me and my family. I should also mention Ninel and Erik, who assisted me with a few details regarding my requested check-in to my room through the side checkout. I am extremely grateful for the complimentary drinks and refreshment towels received by Concierge Belmar, who also accommodated my request for the celebration I had planned at the theme restaurant on Saturday night. Mr. Garduño was attentive to my requests and ensured that both my family and I took home a wonderful memory of our stay. Finally, Rafael, having a problem, quickly contacted the relevant departments to resolve the issue. At the reception desk at Pérgola, there are several servers who were always attentive to ensure our table was well-equipped: Karina, Julia, Javier Gomez, and Claudia. In the afternoon, the latter made a thoughtful gesture with the cake they gave me for my birthday. Michelle was very kind to my wife when making the omelet, as was Fernanda in the seafood department, who made sure the salmon was cooked perfectly, turning my daughter into a salmon fan overnight. At Tea House, Elena excelled with the frappes, as well as the affogato she prepared for my wife. At the steakhouse, Ana Laura always made sure we were satisfied with our table service. At the end, in addition to the desserts we ordered, she also gave us another cake for my birthday. I also want to thank Mr. Fidel from Room Service, who also brought a cake and a very nice card to my room congratulating me on my birthday. Regarding the minibar stocking, I received excellent service from Castro, David, and Erick. They even changed the juices so they would be more suitable for my daughter. The entertainment team is well-staffed, with Alberto from Serendipity and Angel "Chocolate," who are attentive to their areas and answering any questions from the department. Our kids love the adventure club in this hotel. They ask us to come again and don’t wanna leave. Daniela, Marines, Lupita, Josephine, Fatima and Amairany in the club are amazing. Highly recommend the hotel if you are planning to travel with kids
