The check-in and checkout was smooth. The rooms were very nice and spacious and well cleaned. The food was really good from all three of the restaurants and the main cafeteria. The main problem was with the beach closed because of the seaweed which we were not made aware of in advance or upon arrival. The hotel gave no options to take guest to clean beaches where we could swim in the sea. The other issue was with the service some waiters and workers had very good service such as Ana in the restaurants, but on a couple of occasions we had poor service including one time when a waiter was insulting us in Spanish to his fellow waiter, unaware that we spoke Spanish. Plus we get tired of the “bad face” attitudes when we either do not tip or give a tip which clearly the workers all over just do not appreciate. Perhaps it’s a culture issue, as the worse we see is in Mexico, but it should not be present in the hospitality industry.

Un excelente hotel para la familia! Lleno de actividades para la familia. Lo único que falta son sombrillas. Todas los empleado muestran una excelente actitud, especialmente Yosher, una excelente persona, nos entretuvo con sus diversa actividades. 10/10 para Yosher.

There are many great things to say about this place. But this review is focused on the adventure kids club. First off how great of the hotel to offer this courtesy, included in your stay. There are 3 different sections, babies, kids and teens. Our 4 and 6 year old girls were both in the adventure kids club section. They woke up in the morning begging to go back and play there with their favorite staff and friends they made there. It was anything but boring, they had a schedule packed full of activities daily for them from crafts, bracelet making, treasure hunts, face painting, movies, pj parties you name it, they had it! The process was you leave your children there for any period of time you want while you get to enjoy some adult time at the spa or date night with your spouse. Security to check your child in and out is top notch and everything is in a safe and enclosed space. There's a huge indoor play gym compete with an obstacle course, slide and foam pit which was a highlight for them. There are kids sized restrooms and sinks (all very clean) inside so you dont need to worry about them taking your child outside of the enclosed room. Our eldest Eliana, turned 6 on this trip and she got a goodie bag from the staff and had such a fun time with them.
