Was the perfect get away! My two butlers were so professional and attentive. I enjoy the stay and they made it so much more enjoyable and pleasant by taking care of the small things.

Do NOT GO here this is the worst place I have ever been. From the shady staff to the faulty safe , the bed bugs, the raccoons in the ceiling. Very very over priced . The staff does NOT care !!! Horrible stay

The best restaurant was Agave. The food was fresh and delicious. Jose Burgos the server. Rosita the cook and Alex the chef. Excellent service!!! The resort was beautiful and all the people too. If you come to Mexico this is a great choice for your vacation!

Lovely hotel, but needs a refurbishment - we stayed at the Royalton Splash Riviera our first week, which is the newer hotel in this chain, and it shows. The rooms are lovely and the food is great. Plenty of choice and indeed choice of restaurants, BUT they need to sort the booking system for the separate restaurants as we had to walk away from our booking on 3 nights due to overbooking/delay (45mins!) pool side bar staff very friendly and accommodating .

I was very pleased with my Butler team! Gina was the best! I wasn't very pleased with the resort overall. The room was clean but the entire resort definitely needs updating. More entertainment options are needed, I've never gone to a resort that didn't have at least 1 karaoke night! Lol. The pools and cabanas need a face-lift also. I do understand that the resort will be undergoing a remodeling for the next 4 months so hopefully they will resolve some of the issues that I had with the resort. On a scale of 1 to 5 I give it a 3.

We had a great stay. Awesome staff and food, my butler Isabel Pacheco was phenomenal. They made you feel like family, everyone was friendly.

We are currently staying at the Royalton Punta Cana. The staff here truly work very hard and do their best to make guests happy, and I want to recognize their efforts. Unfortunately, the beach situation is extremely disappointing. The shore is covered in seaweed, the smell is awful, and guests are not allowed to swim or even stand near the water. I only booked this trip 2 days prior, so if a hurricane or other issue had caused the problem, there was plenty of time for the hotel to inform me before arrival. This was never mentioned, and it completely changes the experience of a beach vacation. What makes it worse is that the surrounding hotels have cleaned their beaches, and they are beautiful and swimmable. When I asked about moving, I was told there would be a penalty — which feels very unfair, given that guests are not advised of this situation

Josefat and Sergio are lovely and so friendly. All staff are friendly and welcoming. There are lots of activities available. Only bad thing, beds weren’t changed in two weeks of staying. 🇲🇽😍👍🛫💚🤍❤️🌄🌅🌌🏝️🏖️⛱️🍦🏐🎾🏓🎱🌊🌤️☀️🔥⭐️🌎
