Soy Socio legendario, escogí este hotel por que es nuevo. Los comentarios de los asesores legendarios fueron con una espectativa muy alta. Estoy hospedado en este momento pero nos Descep icono mucho el tema de la PLAYA. Veníamos a disfrutar del Mar y acá es imposible el acceso Restaurantes 10 de 10 Atención 10 de 10

First of all, just a beautiful resort with every room facing the gulf👍 Our Butler’s, AB and Ariel were delightful and made our stay the best! The food in every restaurant was amazing! The BAO Sushi restaurant was phenomenal with Victor making the sushi right in front of us! The French Restaurant was fantastic having Lamb Shank served by our waiter Victor Chih-Moi with a great wine from Mexico by Reynolds the Sommelier AVA has great lounges and two that stood out were Miso and Javier👍 The pools and lagoon spread the entire length of the resort - 1 Kilometer The Jack Nicklaus golf course is nice but hard and windy. We had a spectacular week there and will go again in the future!

Un hotel que superó nuestras expectativas, coincidimos que el servicio al huésped fue magnífico en especial de WILLIAMS RODRIGUEZ mesero en el restaurante Plaza MX (de verdad gracias por tu excelente servicio Williams, das ese extra que nosotros como clientes te agradecemos) El descanso no tiene palabras desde las sábanas hasta las almohadas que teníamos en las habitaciones. Mis hijos super contentos con el servicio de kids club. En general nos vamos muy contentos y claro planeamos regresar.

My wife and I are just finishing up a week’s stay at the ava resort in Cancun and we absolutely loved it. From the service, to the food, to the entertainment, and everything in between - we loved our stay. We especially want to thank Javier for giving us extraordinary poolside service each day. We will definitely be coming back!

I don’t have the energy to write a long review here so I’ll get to the point immediately. (We travel lots down south are pretty familiar with Cancun) -The hotel itself was fine. Good size rooms. Relatively clean. Beds were comfortable. -Food was very average. And good luck getting a reservation for the French restaurant and the steak house. Impossible. -Beach. It’s non existent. There is no beach. It’s brown water surrounded by a few scattered chairs on a section of available sand. Nobody swims in it and the sargassum was out of control as well. -You couldn’t get an actual drink until 11am. That was bizarre. -nobody had small bills for tips, and I mean NOBODY. We always come with tons of cash and tip everybody like crazy, but here, it’s as if they were allergic to money. So in conclusion, we were incredibly disappointed, especially for the price we paid to stay. Service was scarce around the pool at times, the food itself was very average, and the lack of beach and inability to swim in the actual ocean made the stay very frustrating. The hotel is also located right next to the airport: so if you’re fine with pausing conversations every 5 mins due to 747’s flying overhead, then yes, this place is for you! The price point for this place is outrageous too. Highly recommend you find a hotel with a beautiful oceanfront/beach, like 99 percent of resorts in Cancun.

Do Not Stay at this hotel! Do not believe any of the comments. Beach is the worst beach and advertised incorrectly. Out daughter was attacked and held hostage by an hotel guest and the hotel did nothing! This is not a safe hotel. Stay away! The hotel won’t even respond to your needs.

We had an amazing week at Ava! We traveled as a family with a group of 8 adults and spent 7 nights at the resort. Overall the service was absolutely amazing. Our butlers were Plutarco and Kenia and they were great! They helped us with dinner reservations, and issues with the rooms, scheduling transportation and excursions, etc. The food was great all week! The Mexican restaurant Copal was absolutely fantastic. Our waiter was Ignacio and he was so amazing we had to go back and see him a second time! We also absolutely loved the taco stand, gelato shop, and coffee bar. Orlando, Carlos, Mikel, and other staff at the legendary pool were also amazing. The pools and facilities are super modern and clean. We used the gym every morning, and there was plenty of space and new machines. The spa was incredible. You can definitely tell that Ava is a newer resort and still working out some kinks. We had a couple issues with our rooms, with the AC not working in one and then another having a weird water noise in the walls. But Plutarco and Kenia worked to make sure these issues were resolved promptly. Overall, we had an incredible vacation and came home feeling refreshed and recharged after our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing resort ❤️❤️👌👌👌🎉🎉 With spectacular ocean views fantastic all-inclusive experience👏👏 Srini Amazing pool and wonderful service all the staff. 👍👍 I would really like to highlight Ms. Reyna in vacation makers . She was very kind, very efficient, looked at our resort credit and help us book wonderful tours for the rest of this week in rather a short smount of time. She understood our concerns listen to us and help us figure out the best tour experiences for our kids. She also helped this book golf Lessons and also Spa services. We have to change the times for a better schedule and she was very patient with all of this. Two thumbs Way up for Ms. Reyna 👍👍👍👍 Amongs already amazing staff in every part of this resort- she shines like a bright star. 👏👏👏👏. We r so appreciative. 🙏🙏
