H10 Porto Poniente

Fabulous hotel from start to finish. Walking in the smell was lovely. Staff very friendly and welcoming , nice little bottle of fizz in the room to celebrate a special birthday. Great location. Food was lovely something different all time, was staying 5 nights only ate out once on an evening due to birthday. Would definitely recommend paying extra for the sea view. Beautiful clean rooms. One of the best hotels we have stayed in lately. Hope to return one day.

A beautiful hotel, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Sleek and minimalist, yet full of soul and character, with a kind of modern 60s/70s vibe. Everything felt carefully considered – from the airy reception area with designer furniture to the relaxed atmosphere. From the very beginning, the mood was calm, classic, and welcoming. The junior suite was spacious, with comfortable beds and a stylish bathroom. From the terrace on the fourth floor, we enjoyed views of the palm trees at the colorful promenade, the sea – and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The pool area was inviting and well-organized, with comfortable sun loungers and a cosy snack bar. On the rooftop terrace – often all to ourselves – we found peace, sunshine and the spectacular view. The hotel’s small yet well-equipped gym and the charming spa suited us perfectly. Breakfast offered plenty of options and was very tasty, although we missed having the coffee served at the table. The dinner buffet was varied and had tasty food. Always a warm welcome, but the restaurant could feel a bit hectic, with tables close together, guests picking up food and coffee and staff clearing quickly. All in all, a wonderful hotel experience, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Both my wife and I have never been to Benidorm so after reviewing the H10 Porto Poniente we booked a week 071025 - 141025 . After a smooth flight from EMA and a coach transfer we were at the hotel . First impression was what a smashing hotel in a wonderful location, after checking in we were up to our room 632 which was at the back of the hotel on the 6th floor ( not a very nice view from the balcony of an alleyway which was frequented at night by local youths ) . The room itself was very nice with a big comfortable bed , nice shower room, lots of storage and all the usual things you normally get. After unpacking we decided to do a Quick Look around and have something to eat , we ended up having a Piella in Tapas Alley ,then back to the hotel for a freshen up before evening meal . The rest of our holiday was spent wandering about Benidorms seafront and side streets and finding coffee shops and bars that became like our favourites , we had a couple of days when it chucked it down but it did not bother us . We did not use the pools as they were always packed and no sun beds spare , we were not really bothered as we wanted to walk about and discover Benidorm. As regards the hotel ,all the staff were friendly and polite and always ready to help , the food ( we went half board) was excellent and varied , breakfast was full English or continental, fresh fruit etc , evening meals were a treat as I like sea fish , also beef, steak, pork always nice and hot , with vegetables and various salads . Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations apart from the balcony view and we have already booked another holiday with a sea view for early October 2026 , so here’s looking forward to 2026.

Fabulous well located hotel with great staff. Couldn't have asked for more. Strongly recommend. Superb facilities such as the rooftop pool.

From the moment you enter this stylish hotel your made to feel welcome my flight was early so was there by 11.30 am no problem check in ok they put my bags away and would phone me w hen my room was ready My room a sea view on the 7th floor very nice a large bed and bathroom. Very large as well soap shower gel and conditioner all there very nice white towels It would be nice to have a chair had to use one from the balcony not good for a 4 starS hotel Food breakfast good lots on offer and the staff in the dining room were very helpful. Now dinner. A small but good choice salads and starters soup. But the Hot food was never hot Meat fish just hot but all of the vegetables every night were cold. They need to look at the and have hot plates not heat lamps Wine list good. Water only €1.30. And ice cold I am going back in may as for me it’s the style and the outstanding staff make this a place to stay. And the Ponte end of Benidorm is lovely. Just back from a lovely week in H10 Porto Poniente. From arrival to departure it was an amazing week. We opted for b & b and there was plenty of choice. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Pool area was amazing.
